Had to quickly renew my auto insurance, on the side of the road, and Brandon from the West Broadway office had me up and running so fast, unbelievable service, made sure I had my documents by email right away, and then emailed me a reminder for when I got home so I wouldn't forget to send him some missing information. Fantastic, thanks Brandon!

The worst business experience of my life. I wont ever forget it and will never do business there again. I was accosted there by two Karen" staff members for not wearing a mask. I was exempt due to a medical disability in accordance with BC's PHO. They chose to dismiss my explanation and assertion that they were violating the order. They also kicked me out of the premises and threatened to call the police. I am still considering making a human rights violation complaint against them."

Their customer care centre personnel clearly don't understand the policies and procedures that they are working under.I was assured by one of their agents, multiple times, that they could issue me a license using my out of province license and a credit card as a primary and secondary ID, and then directed to their Sooke office.After driving for over an hour and waiting in a que for another 30 minutes, they told me this was not the case, and I would need to return with a birth certificate or passport.I understand it is ICBC's byzantine policies that are in place, and that regardless if i go to these people or some other company, it's going to be more of the same, but still.Would not recommend dealing with this company. Just get your license through ICBC, and find a broker that actually trains their staff to understand the policies.
