Georgian Bay Recreation Wasaga Beach

We recently purchased two e-bikes from Georgian Bay Recreation in Wasaga Beach and couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. Sam greeted us in the showroom and took the time to explain the various models available and helped guide us on the best e-bike to suit our needs. She allowed us to take each bike out for a test drive around the large parking lot beside the store.After a couple of weeks we decided to go back and purchase the bikes and Jess took care of the transaction & delivery. Jess was so friendly and accommodating, with excellent customer service.We’ve been out on many rides since then….rode from Wasaga Beach to Collingwood and back with ease and hardly used any battery. Battery charging is extremely easy with just a plug-in to a normal electrical socket.If you are considering purchasing an e-bike we highly recommend Georgian Recreation. Firstly, it's great to see such a welcoming new showroom located in Wasaga Beach. The huge assortment of inventory is amazing and well displayed. The owners and staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable and eager to help. Although I have been interested in e-bikes for sometime, with very little knowledge or information it was rewarding to learn so much from the staff at Georgian Bay Recreation. When I picked up my new e-bike, the delivery process was well done, covering all aspects of the bike, the rules and safe operation. Was looking for an ebike option and went to visit Mike at the Elmvale location. Mike was very helpful in showing me the different options. I decided on my bike and it was at the Wasaga store. When I got home and loved my bike, I decided I would like to have a stronger motor to help with steeper hills and me being a plus size. Went back to the store and Jessica allowed me to trade my bike for a stronger model, the Magnum and I just love my bike. Ride every morning and usually 10 to 12 miles. Jess, Mike and Chelsey were all very helpful and the experience had led to several of our close friends have new E bikes now. Thank you Georgian Bay Recreation for getting off the sofa and back on our wheels exercising and having fun. You have and are developing a strong small business and but more than that you are saving lives and the environment one bike at a time. Will continue to recommend your service and Ebike options. I have been wanting a electric bike for quite some time but couldn't figure out what type of bike suited my needs. As soon as I entered the Wasaga Beach location I saw a beautiful show room of electric bicycles. My eye was on one and the staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable and allowed me to test it out, which is where I made my final decision. If you're interested in a electric bike visit the Wasaga Beach location!

So I go to buy a $500.00 scooter from this place. I walkin having previously talked with them the day before things then yesterday that I'm going to pay the full amount. This prepubesant manager tells me we don't take the full amount of a Scotia visa line of credit" like she's doing me a favor. I told her you take the full amount or you take nothing. Have fun with this scumbag folks . They got nothing . Five grand just walked out the door"

Had an early morning UHaul pick up and Sam was super helpful with signing out our truck and very pleasant. Also was very informative about the ebikes they sell. Will definitely commend the customer service.
