came in a few weeks ago and Hannah was helping me. she made me feel super comfortable and she was so kind! i will 100% be returning, lovely clothing items and great staff. thank you Hannah!!!

Outstanding customer service! I came in last weekend and saw a top I liked but was in too much of a rush to order in a size right then and there. I called back in and whoever I spoke to (I'm so sorry, my phone was way too crackly to pick up your name) somehow remembered me and laid out all the options to order in the top which was sold out BC-wide. They gave me the number for their customer service line, who were just as pleasant and helpful! The in-store associate recommended ordering from Free People's site as they had more stock but my lovely experience just made me want to support Plenty instead. Thanks :)

I felt like I needed to write a review about the great experience I had at Plenty. As soon as I walked in my newly purchased item from another store was setting off the alarm. They demagnetized it for me TY! The associate helping me in the change room was so nice and helpful. Another employee picked out some pants for me which were perfect. That I ended up buying. Thanks for the great shopping experience!

Super friendly and welcoming staff, so helpful and attentive! I usually hate clothes shopping but they made it feel effortless!

Friendly staff, they dont pester you and let you shop in peace but will come help when needed. Store and employee pass the vibe check too. Awesome shopping experience!

I don’t often write reviews but I was honestly impressed by the customer service at this location. I was a bit stressed to shop for a Christmas gift especially during the pandemic and being a last minute shopper.I looked at the Plenty website and found a few items. I called the Metrotown location and spoke to Jenifer (store manager) to make sure they had the items. She was so friendly, patient and helpful - she even helped me call the other stores!When I got there, I realize the jacket wasn’t what I had wanted (I didn't like the colour) and she was so great with helping me find alternatives based on what I had shared about my dad’s style. As a result, my dad absolutely loveeeeeees the jacket!Christmas is always a busy and stressful season especially for those who work in retail. Jenifer displayed nothing but grace, kindness and patience. I will definitely be going back to this location!

Nice stuff. Wish they did deliveries. Don't get why they won't ship out of Vancouver when everyone else is doing it! Still want that coat.

My girlfriend and I just visited your store. My girlfriend purchased a dress and literally 5 minutes later, found one at another retailer that she liked better. I went back to your store to return the one she JUST purchased and was told I could only return for an in-store credit as the dress she purchased was a sales item. No one told us it was a final sale and did not make us aware of the return policy. Some leniency would have been nice as it was within MINUTES. Horrible experience . Will never return again snd will warn others to never shop at your store.
