Ebus Kelowna Downtown Ticket Office

The staff here at the Kelowna Downtown are amazing along with the agents on the phone. I left my bag on the bus and the staff tracked it down and I brought it into their office. I had it back in my hands within minutes.

Good service, but God dang the downtown location is in a sketchy area. Don't want to be stuck here in the middle of the night.Service is great though. Easy to buy tickets online, service is reliable, bus is always clean. Very good replacement for Greyhound.

First time taking the bus, it got delayed 2hrs going into Kelowna. I can understand if it was because of unpredictable situations. But this is partly due to the drivers chit chatting for more than 30mins in Merritt while already running late. They could have been a little more efficient than this. We have somewhere we need to be, closer to on time.The driver was also a strickler, not in the right places and when he felt like it. He barked many times that everyone is allowed only 1 carry on, and in his definition that included a (very) small pouch (10x20cm) I use to keep my money, credit cards and phones. He forbade me to get on the bus unless I put it away inside my carry on bag, which has to go in the overhead storage. Hell, no way I was going to put my valuables in the overhead storage! I complied, but took out the pouch once I sat down.The dude didn't even do a proper check of seatbelts and storage of carry on items before we left. And this was several days after an accident that left several people dead and many injured. What a joke!!

We have always have very good service with E-Bus. I started riding the Red Arrow in Alberta. Service was always great. Please does anyone have and email address for E-Bus?

It is so ridiculous when you received a call just 5 minutes before the departure saying your bus from Kelowna to Kamloops is an hour late. I have paid extra for my luggage and I’m standing outside the office. Called their helpline and the person said they can’t let us inside while having a person working inside. Like this is so stupid. Is this our problem if the bus is delayed and we had to wait outside for an hour. They worst customer service I’ve ever received the the girl just hang up on me while talking saying she can’t do anything.

Unfortunately the place really smelled inside, hard to say if it was the people or the place, but it was ripe. I asked where to stand to line up for the bus, but the guy there just gestured vaguely and told me to take a seat instead. You get what you pay for, what can I say? It's cheap.

seating and places to charge, good hours too. it was helpful to be able to sit inside on such a cold time! I was worried it would be closed or we would wait outside, but no they had it open for us! The ebus drivers were also really great!

A simple building with seats to use while waiting for your bus. There are a few vending machines, if you need a quick snack or drink.I was impressed by the quality of service from the attendant at the front desk. He was able to answer my questions and assist me with stowing my wheelchair under the bus.

Good service, friendly people in the Ticket Office, the Bus arrived on time…Here’s my review about the bus experience itself…. Travelling to Vancouver from Kelowna and vv?? If you hate flying, then try the eBus. You will enjoy the scenery and riding in this kind of bus is defenitely awesome. I was really surprised when I saw what’s in it (far from the bua where I used to live for 40 years). If you love scenery while travelling, well…. This ia a must!
