Chelsey was AMAZING- honestly I think this is the best registry in Edmonton! Super fast and efficient service by very kind and courteous staff! The office was clean as well, great layout for the number of people flowing through. Overall highly recommended.

We had a great experience at West End Registries! We are first timer Albertans thanks to Amber who was quick, efficient and friendly! Sure the line up was long and overwhelming, but we appreciated how fast the line up was moving, so thank you for that! Everything we needed to get done got done and now we are officially Edmontonians! Amber answered all our questions and we highly recommend her. Thanks again for the great experience!

There was an Alberta wide server shutdown for anything automotive related(not west ends fault), they managed to get a couple computers reconnected but extremely slow loading.This is where their excellent customer service comes into play! They offered to take my name/number to call when it comes back up or I could wait and see if they could slowly enter the info etc.Well I left my number (I forgot to cancel the call back when things were fully online and the ACTUALLY called! Talk about reliable service!) and took a stab at getting it done slowly.Bless Amber's soul she got it all in (took almost 30-40 min) and even was late for her break as she was worried if she logged out to pass my file to someone else they would not be able vto re-access the Alberta registry server to finish it.5/5 stars for west end registry and 5/5 stars for Amber!They are farther from where I live but I'm going there for now on!

She even provided me a printout of other relevant informations that i needed. I really appreciate her service. For the first time, it was a pleasant experience at a registry in Edmonton!

This was my first time at this specific registry. Amber was very helpful, nice and made sure everything got done to the best of her abilities. Went in for a few things, she took her time and never rushed it or anything. Will definitely be going back to this location for future needs.

I wish there is an option for 0 star,1 star would be a huge compliment for this registry.Rude Manager( Mery)with No knowledge of government guidelines.*edit. After your reply: I understand gov. Changes rules but it doesn’t mean, she will kick me out from office and after reading guidelines which she gave me, it says clearly which contradicts what she said. I had to go back in office again to explain her, how to do her job. And then she told me that I’m argumental!! Just to explain her what is right and what is wrong. She said she do this job everyday and I’m wrong and ask me to leave. I came second time in office to show her that she is wrong and then she agreed to call to the government and came back and said just because you are being so argumentative, I will process your application.I’m paying service fees for what?? To explain her job plus she was extremely rude. I was with 2 kids in my car who were sick. And she wasted my so much time plus charge me service fees for it plus told me that I’m aggressive and argumental. What world we are living in now? A human being can’t even talk for his/her rights
