I appreciate the friendly professional staff at this cochrane Wellness Center, managed by Nate the owner and chiropractor with many years experience and positive results. I highly recommend Nate and his Healthcare practitioners who do massage other specialties ,I've known Nate for 10 years now and he's a stand-up guy, and i recommend him and his company.

I went to Soulstice for a massage with Vera. She was amazing! Great massage with deep pressure, but easing up if needed. She's such a kind and helpful person, providing stretches that I can do to help with problem areas. I will definitely be going back to see her!

I have been seeing Vera since her days in Calgary. It's more than worth it for me to drive out to Cochrane for a massage from her. She takes the time to understand what my needs and personal assessments are and always implements multiple techniques that leave me feeling great and sustained. Also, if you're in the mood for great conversation, it's hard to find another therapist as great as her. She cares deeply about what she does, cares deeply for her clients & I can see without a doubt say is the only RMT in Cochrane you should consider! Additionally, her self curated playlists are always 10/10

I recently went to Soulstice for a massage with Vera and had a very positive experience. She combines deep tissue massage with gentle stretching which gave me incredible relief and and an immediate increase in mobility. I recently had a massage from Vera James and was blown away. I’m someone who suffers from chronic lower back pain and regularly go for chiropractic work and massage therapy treatments. Vera gave me a different and very positive experience compared to anyone I’ve ever seen! I felt so relaxed and she gave me exercises to help me in between appointments. Highly recommend.I was moving and had a huge fall on a Saturday when they were closed. I felt my shoulder shift as I landed and it hurt like hell after. I was moving my house and needed to have a good functioning shoulder to get it done.I called Nathan Peters at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon when he was off and asked him if he would be able to help me out. He said to meet him at his office in a couple of hours.He got my shoulder patched right up with an adjustment and some stretching. It got me through my move and couldn't be more grateful I had him around at that time. Until he tended to my shoulder, it was useless and I had no mobility from the injury.I was able to get all my belongings moved out that weekend with little to no pain all thanks to Nate's seeing me quickly and his knowledge in how to attend to my situation. Thanks Nate!

I received a massage from Vera today and WOW !!! I am so impressed ! She was professional and very personable and her massage skills are out of this world. I thoroughly enjoyed the combination of beautiful essential oils , hot stones and cupping. I came for a relaxing massage and I most certainly received one. I highly recommend her!!

I received a massage from Vera at Soulstice, and boy, does she get results! After explaining to Vera the muscle tightness and knee pain I was experiencing, she quickly assessed my ‘problem areas,’ and suggested some focuses for our session. She is strong and can achieve a very effective pressure (I asked for it - she was also great at checking in to make sure I was enjoying my massage and the pressure she was using). I immediately felt results in my knees after my massage, and within a few days, really noticed a difference in how my body was feeling. Vera also used a fantastic combination of massage, cupping, and stretching to help achieve results, which I love. Plus, she is so friendly, accommodating, and lovely to talk to. I highly recommend!
