Clean and well organized, nice to have in a community for those clean up days. Would be nice to have a small lumber pieces place to drop , but I imagine that would get abused by Reno people.

I initially was very displeased with the service and staff of this location. However through recent trips it seems they have rotated staff and the new people are much more friendly and helpful. A very positive turnaround, still wish they were better about the pay and throw garbage.

Don't expect to get in at 9 AM. Gates typically don't open until 9:10 or 9:15.There is now a sign explaining that Styrofoam is for local residents only, and they have the right to ask for your identification.There is one person in particular who lurks near the garbage disposal, and paws through the bags. Last time I was there, she told me that kleenex had to go in the paper recycling. This has to be incorrect as a biohazard to other workers?!We hate going here, and prepare ourselves to be hassled every time we enter.

They say 40L used oil per household per week. Showed up with about 30L of antifreeze from flushing 1 car and a few jugs of used oil, was told I had an industrial amount and cant drop off more then 5 of the 1 gallon (3.78L) jugs of antifreeze, only 19L and no oil. What a joke.

Drive in and drop off anything recyclable in its correct spot. They have all the regular recycling, as well as batteries, electronics, oil, propane cylinders, styrofoam and appliances. Open to all residents of Rockyview County. Clean and organized.

Tidy and clean facility. There is a book exchange inside; however, the majority of books are textbooks, non-fiction, and mass market paperbacks that are not in great shape. There is very little in trade paperback or hardcover fiction. Please consider recycling the existing textbooks and not allowing them in the future.
