Penticton Pet Resort

I have had only good experiences with the Penticton Pet Resort. They are accommodating, friendly, and truly care about the pets in their care. My senior dog Pumpkin loves staying at the resort while I’m away and she is always well cared for. I would recommend the Penticton Pet Resort to anyone looking for top notch accommodations for their furry friends.

I was not impressed that I was not allowed into the facility. EVERY other kennel I jave taken my pups to has shown us the facility, but when I dropped my boys off, she came outside and handed me the paperwork. If its a civid thing- i have masks and will GLADLY wear one and show my vaccine status...When I went to pick my boys up, again, not allowed inside. She also didn't tell me one si gle thing after their week stay! EVERY other kennel I have taken my dogs to gives a run down of how they did during their stay. But the girl said nothing, just handed me the debit machine and their stuff, and then my dogs..which my husky was squashed into his brothers harness and my lil guy had the huskys halti hanging off his face. Needless to say, despite the other reviews being positive and some pice pictures online...I dont feel it was a very positive experience compared to every other kennel my boys have vacationed at....the only positive I can state is my boys are alive....

Lindsey and staff have been amazing with our golden Fable from her early days. Fable is so well loved when she goes on her walks. We are so glad for this service!

Thank you Lindsey and team for taking such great care of King Louis! This was our first time trying him at a doggy daycare and we were incredibly nervous. Lindsey allayed our anxiety and gave us the assurances we needed to leave Louis for the day. We had intended to pick him up that evening. However, when we called and explained our logistical challenges, Lindsey offered to deliver Louis to our hotel. The service was outstanding; you can tell they have a passion for what they do! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody. Thank you again! =)Oh...and Louis told me a few stories in the morning and was equally impressed and grinning from ear to ear! xo

Was visiting from Calgary and felt so at ease leaving my dog here. The staff were awesome and explained a ton when I dropped her off and then at pick up, they thoroughly explained how she did and how they adjusted her stay to make her comfortable. Highly recommend!

We've been bringing my (almost) one year old puppy here since he was five months old and I have never been more impressed with such a welcoming staff. They are so kind and treat my pup like he is the best boy in the world. We just picked him up from a two night stay and he didn't want to come home. It's so nice to know we have a safe place for our pup to go if we go away on a trip.

We recently had our bull mastiff boarded for 11 days. Booking was easy, Lyndsey was easily reachable by phone/text. The facility was clean with friendly staff to receive us early on a Sunday morning. On our return our dog was in excellent condition, she clearly liked the staff and apparently made a few doggy friends.I would absolutely bring my Lola back again.Thanks for taking such good care of our girl.

Great facilities with safe outdoor spaces for dogs of different sizes. Shout out to Lindsay and her staff. They are super caring.

They are the best! They sent me pictures of my puppy who looked so happy to be there! My trip got extended because of my flight being canceled and they were amazing with helping me keep him safe and happy.
