Have been waiting in line now for over ten minutes with only 3 people in front of me I have now been waiting at the window for my order and it's just 4 drinks no food for over 5mins this is not acceptable... after 4 minutes of waiting at the window I had to knock for service. The woman seemed scattered and when I said I didn't need a tray proceeded to aggressively hand me my drinks while spilling both hot beverages.

Just ordered four bagels with cream cheese, and got the SMALLEST amount of cream cheese I’ve ever seen on all bagels, plus my coffee is the wrong size. Absolute rip off. Always have issues with this location.

Customer service is amazing. Kyle is beyond friendly and polite during drive thru. We always joke that he should be working at Starbucks. Too good for Tims! Thank you for the service kyle!

Limited selection of baked goods, but they do have a constant change out so everything is fresh. Drive thru is usually busy, but quick. No inside dining. Washrooms are part of the convenience store attached to the timmies. Staff are friendly, especially Matthew. He's new, but definitely someone who will do well in any position working with people.

I stop here every Tuesday and the gentleman who takes the drive through orders makes my day!! He is so cheery and helpful. My order is always right, quickly served and delicious.

honestly I give this location the benefit of the doubt each time and somehow every time we order from the drive thru something is either completely wrong or missing. So if you’re ordering a croissant with cream cheese I advise you save your time and go to another Tim’s LOL

Went here this afternoon ..walk in. The staff were awesome. The guy at the counter had my co worker and I laughing, and the other staff were also very friendly. Kudos to them for being awesome!!!

Looooong wait in drive thru. For fun I started timing people in front of me. From the time the car ahead of me pulled up to the speaker to order til the time he left that speaker it was 4 minutes and 9 seconds. Once you're in line you can't escape. There were 4 cars ahead of me.I see... machines are down, cash only. But why so long to wait for service?
