Wow. Incredible disgusting business.Used them before. Was great before. Never again......To sum up the situation. Called for a tow. Got a price. Tow truck showed up 3 and half hours later (after being told it was going to be 30 mins). Tow truck driver starting screaming at me that he wanted more money or he was going to drive away. Like wow.... I told them to forget it. Called someone else they showed up in 10 mins and charged the original price as I was quoted before.Definitely never calling them again. Just disgusting business practice.

You are located in the Hyde park area and have a 4x4 Ford F-150, 4-door truck; these circumstances factor into the price. During the intake call we informed you the price was $70 (lowest price in town) and you kept on saying “no, no, no lower lower.” Once our driver arrived and informed you that the tow will cost $70, you said “no only $40, if not that then get off my driveway.” Our driver then tried to negotiate with you saying he is willing to do $60, because we never want to disappoint customers and you proceeded to tell him to leave and go away. There was no screaming done by our driver. Upon our driver leaving, he felt sorry and returned to agree to $40, (even though that price is infeasible) because customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Unfortunately, you did not respond to him. We are glad to know that your needs were met eventually and again, we apologize for what happened, but we truly tried to work with you.Response to the owner.You are a Liar. This did not happen like this.1-When I called in. I said what kind of vehicle I needed towing.I also texted you the make. Model. And plate number. Pick up address and drop off address. Then I even called you after to confirm receipt of the texts, and to confirm the price as my mechanic was going to pay and add it to my bill with him.2- I don't speak like no

Ahmed was so kind and incredibly skilled at his job. He was here within 15 min of receiving my call.I've never seen someone drive a tow truck with such exacting precision and efficiency.Affordable rates, and a lovely soul. If I need towing services again, I'll definitely call these gentlemen.I highly recommend them.
