Have used many movers. This “company”, without a doubt, is the worst I have ever seen. Overcharge, anything that had a hard surface was damaged. Dropped my TV and broke it. Damaged walls. Dirty floors. The list goes on and on. Definitely choose another business. This one isn’t worth the grief they cause.

The two gentlemen that represented this company were a great help and very efficient. They showed up on time and managed to move all of our belongings without any damage. They even took my garbage at the very end, which was a big help. i would recommend this company to anyone.

We had nothing but a nightmare with Elite the second time around. Supposed to be there by 8am, get a call 20 minutes prior advising they are looking for people to move us. asked for 3 guys, only 2 come one male and a female. Once they get there almost two hours later, they are busy reorganizing the truck supplies for a half hour, we were charged for this, in my opinion they should have been ready for the job. The whole reason for hiring the company was so we didn’t have to move our belongs but we moved everything from the house, from the basement, we moved a 4 bedroom house. Well we did all our own moving from the house to the garage. Every time we turned around the second individual was no where to be found.What should have been a couple hours of load time turned into a whole day event.As we were unloading the truck, we were then advised the truck leaks and go figure between the rain and snow on moving day, numerous boxes were brought in very wet and falling apart. So a lot of the cube storage shelves soaked up all the water, damaged property and items had to be garbaged. Also very disappointed as boxes that were marked fragile were all damaged and crushed, needless to say hundreds of dollars of picture frames were destroyed.Very unprofessional and disrespectful of personal belongings!

Elite Movers gave us excellent service in our recent move. The staff was very efficient, polite and worked very hard. Jean, the owner, was attentive and confirmed our move the day before. I would recommend this moving company to my family and friends.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.....My employee moved to Airdrie from Grand Prairie and I am disgusted. the owner is a devious, dishonest and horrible woman who lies and cheats customers.Brought wanted felon into her house she hired to help pack then employees left him there. One of the Guys loading truck in Grande Prairie smelled like a brewery.Broken (furniture, tv etc)and missing items. Boxes opened and rifled through. Additional charges and delays. Beyond anything I've seen before.Elite Moving has not heard the last on this...joining a whole bunch of people who aren't letting what this company did go.

Everything is poor. Do not use this company. I paid 385 and got no service. I still have not received my money. They never showed up and all the apologies do not help. I live in a pension and that is a lot of money. Especially after having to find someone to help load me to move a 6 hour drive away.

Moving crew was professional, hard working, efficient but also careful and asked me preference questions on where I needed certain items placed, which I appreciated. Dispatcher was organized, communicated very well, and made the move less stressful. Defiantly recommend this company, I plan on asking them for help again in the future..
