Dollar Tree

I had no problem finding my pipe cleaners at this store. Dollarama did not have them and their staff did not know where to find them. The only reason this dollar tree doesn't get five stars is because there was a lineup going halfway through the store and only two cashiers working at the front. One of the cashiers had a broken finger and both the cashiers were painfully slow. During peak hours there should be three cashiers on the floor at any given moment even if people are taking a break.

Clean and light shopping floor. Shopping environment is basically comfortable and quiet. Employees are nice and friendly. Check out speed is normal. Credit cards accepted. Located inside the mall in downtown Maple Ridge. Bus station is nearby.

The selection of items is decent and most of the staff are friendly. I had two experiences in the last few months overhearing a staff member making disrespectful comments to/about customers. I wrote to their head office via their website to make them aware of my concerns and after 2 weeks have heard nothing in return. I will not be returning to this location in the future.

They don't have slippers. It's okay otherwise.

Love the store and how it is kept. Fantastic place to shop. I am just concerned about what I witnessed today Oct 20 2020 at about 11.30 am in this store. The older cashier that was not on cash, stood at the front of the store like a sergeant in the army, and yelled at 4 older woman that walked in the store together to social distance. Then she proceeded to stand there on guard, hands on hips, and watch them. It's bad enough we get yelled at for not wearing a mask but now to social distance on demand with friends or family members to? This cashier didn't or couldn't know if these ladies are related, just close friends or if they just all walked in at the same time by coincidence. No need to be a bully just because you work there. What happened to the nice ladies that work in there normally. I just couldn't believe that people shopping in your store should be treated like dumb animals. My husband just shook his head at what he seen also.

Your staff are sooo rude! nobody looks you in the face when you ask a question. They are very rude on the phone! So unprofessional and terrible customer service. They all look miserable, try a smile

Always has the simple necessities for a great price. Some things u might not think youd find.. Also you can get all your childrens birthday supplies here in one place.

Dollar store with dollar store stuff. Good selection; and the store is clean and well organized. Great place to get helium filled balloons at a really reasonable price.

I was here today in the store the lovely lady helped me in finding some stove cleaning stuff i really liked her way of dealing with other custmores too i stopped shopping here before becuse i was not helped by the other girl last year but Amanda was really good.. happy for that and i definately will be back in this store good job girl

I usually have great experiences at this location. However, the staff member I encountered today went so far out of her way to show me that she felt I was beneath her that I have to say something. She made it clear to me , other staff members and the customers behind me that she disapproved of me. Despite me being polite and causing no disturbance. Shameful!
