Great service! I went here about a year ago for some major repairs on my car. They were lovely to deal with from the first call to pickup. A year later I am back with them again now that I need some more, unrelated repairs. Still incredibly helpful and knowledgeable!

Exceeded expectations! I am generally reluctant to take my cars anywhere, preferring to work on them myself. Sometimes I need to get things done that I can't do on my own. The team at Fanshawe Motors went out of their way to ensure I was kept informed of their progress. They were friendly and helpful, and I was able to speak with both the owner and the expert mechanic assigned to work on my vintage car. I will certainly be seeing them again in the future. Pricing was competitive and represents a very good value for my money spent. The shop itself is clean and organized and the waiting area is pleasant, though I didn't actually need to spend much time there.

I recently broke my foot and have a hard time putting air in my tires. They helped me without hesitation. When it is time to replace my tires, I will definitely be going here.

I bought a used John Cooper Works Mini last year. Overall in good shape but the cruise control didn’t work & it had a stumble when first accelerating. The dealership estimated close to $1,000 to replace the controls for the cruise & almost double that for injector work. I took it to Fanshawe Motors, where Adrian & the team were able to pull things apart, clean & repair for a fraction of the cost. I also experienced a flat on one of the run flats near the end of the season. They were able to repair the tire to keep me running until storing for the winter. I knew the tires would need replacing this year & the brakes likely needed some attention. Adrian recommended a time in the spring to contact him when sales are typically the best. I followed up on that & he was right on. He made a recommendation for a different type of tire that would really enhance the little JCW’s performance. Two days later they had the new tires on, rear pads changed, braking balanced, a fresh oil change to begin the season & a little issue with the front end addressed. They also accommodated me with an after hours pick up. After taking the Mini for a good test run, I can tell you that Adrian was spot on with all his recommendations. I can’t believe this is the same vehicle. He’s put all the fun factor back into the JCW & then some. I know my little Mini is in good hands with Fanshawe Motors & would highly recommend them to anyone.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had !! I’m pretty sure they screen their call and when you get through and need a call back it never happens. I was told they could fix my car there but got lied to and my car was there for 6weeks finally pulled my car got my own contacts and fixed it myself. Found out they were sending part to Toronto cause they couldn’t do it. Never gave me any real info. Adrian never called me back. Never stepping foot in there again. Worth it to tow my car out of there and got it fixed within 2 weeks!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!My tires were not tightened by work done at the dealership. My car was not driving safely so I pulled into Tirecraft and they helped me without hesitation! I truly appreciate their help; they tightened my tires, kept me and my son safe and prevented an accident. Sincerely, thank you!

I have been using services of this shop for the last few years. Generally the work was satisfactory, the price was a bit steep but I accepted that. However this all changed today, I had a very unpleasant experience to say the least! I scheduled oil/filter change on Volvo C30 as well as PCV valve. The unexpected outcome was: I was yelled at and falsely accused of using derogatory language on the phone! I told him that this was not true and that he knows it! Furthermore I was misled on the total cost of the work. That is too bad as Adrian, shop manager, acted very unprofessionally. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Owner and management of this company lacks communication skills to clients. Many customers on multiple occasions call to find out the status of their vehicle and no return calls. They will not call you back for days AND weeks at a time, leaving you with no car to drive and wondering what is happening to their car. I have recommended them in the past but no longer. Too bad. This company was good at one time. SAD!
