Great location, clean apartment for an affordable price. A view of the waterfront from our Bachelor studio indoor patio. Kitchenette is a great perk. Secure building. Friendly staff. It was small, but plenty big for the two of us for the night. No A/C, but we didn't need it. Continental breakfast at hotel is better than some I have seen, mostly fresh homemade pastries and coffee. There is also a cute little Italian coffee shop called Prego next door. Steps from an AquaBus ferry stop. We would definitely stay here again if the price was similar.

This is a great hotel in terms of the location, however the building and rooms seem quite old, and upon arriving the pullout couch had not had the sheets changed properly (though they were quick to fix that issue) Breakfast was good, but very little selection. Service was helpful and friendly. It worked for our needs however, and that's what really mattered.

Pros:1. Good location by the water.2. Water facing bedrooms are shielded from the road noise. It is peaceful and quite with occasional seagull call3. Free continental breakfast4. We needed extra towels and a blanket and those were provided to us by staff without any issues.Cons:1. Not very clean.2. Out of three apartments we’ve stayed within this apartment building/hotel none had AirCon / AC. There were portable fans in every room though.3. At the continental breakfast there were zero options for wheat allergic guests other then an apple or an orange.4. Road facing bedrooms are quite noisy from the street traffic.

Different hotel, but nice. Its 1 block to the ocean. Parking is little bit expensive.

Bad beds it like sleeping on a board. Rooms a tiny and bathroom have no water pressure. Would never stay there again

Good location but they can do better on beds. Spring bed was barely holding otherwise it is worth staying.

Hotel close to downtown Vancouver /yaletown. Amenities can be better. Rooms r small. Breakfast is kind of joke.
