I can not recommend Mama Jenn's enough. Every time I have called, she has been fast, efficient and friendly. I am not a fan of public transportation as previously being in a big city, you never knew what kind of driver you would end up with. In this case the answer is phenomena. She had my destination memorized based on my phone number after 1 use. Always on time and the trip is friendly and comfortable. First choice any time I need a taxi.

Best taxi service in town. Jen takes our 85 yr old parents to do errands. Other cab companies have left them stranded. Jen makes sure they are where they need to be. Mom enjoys their chats, says that Jen always has a smile. We live out of province so to have Jen is a huge relief

I called to see if they had a van, YES. Awesome, as I have two young men arriving in Pembroke by bus next week. She took their names and told me she would be there for them. Very friendly!

Was stranded my one of the other “big” taxi companies in Pembroke last minute. Couldn’t get a ride and was about to have a panic attack as I don’t drive and am in Pembroke for work. Found Mama Jean’s and she was able to get to me in 15 minutes. She’s super kind and friendly would definitely recommend!
