Anytime I have gone in there to pick up somthing for my husband the staff to busy talking to each other about what there plans may be then to assist someone. I spend more time wandering around looking clueless then being able to get in and get out because of the staff.

It's pays to shop around and compare prices with Frasers. The one on one phone calls I've had regarding an old window with a failed insert just goes to show that no matter how small the job these guys got you.

It was fantastic..met by people that knew me.directed me to flooring picked out in minutes the one I wanted.got a terrific price, went to wharehouse and was seen immediately loaded it up and home in 30 minutes in total..all done with covid measures in place...and by shopping local I help my friends and neighbours

I ordered windows in July at the Annapolis Royal store and am still waiting for my complete windows as of Sept. 17. They ordered the wrong ones, had to order replacement panes and have not shown up to install them even though they have been paid for the windows. I do not consider that good service.

Generally the customer service is passable, but when they fail here they do an epic job of it. Best yet: rather than admit a quoting error & let us decide to accept the price variance, the generator we ordered was sold to someone else. Our experience has been there is little consolation in escalating this type of issue to management". Happily there are other more reputable dealers in the area and our storm power issues are resolved. You roll the dice
