Why is it so difficult for receptionist to talk nicely on calls. Why do you have to be so rude ? Just to ask for a patients name and date of birth? Most of the times they don’t give you appointments with your family doctor or any doctor for that matter. Zero customer service.

My Dr is great. but the front desk receptionists are very rude I have been treated rudely by them as well seen them treat patients extremely rude. It seems like they do not have one bone of compassion or humanity in them. I understand why there is a sign that says they do not tolerate verbal abuse - because they are the ones doing it to the patients in person and on the phone.Perhaps a training in customer services is MUCH needed -

I have been with Dr. Abraham for a few years now. There a certain things I have not liked, however in the past year I have had a number of personal issues including being diagnosed with celiac. She has been GREAT in understanding and support and pointing me in the direction to be headed. The clinic on the other hand….. is horrible. No manners from reception. I’m not sure how they book but that’s horrific as I used to wait about an hour before I saw the doctor. Lost my patience just before Christmas as I waited 45 minutes the day before Christmas Eve. I was 10 min early and asked if I needed to rebook. Since then wait times are easier as long as I ask. The manners over the phone from reception staff you’d think would be better. They’re non existent.

After learning over 6 years ago, that my old doctor was retiring, I had to look for a new Doctor. Well I found and chose Dr. Ruth Abraham, and until today, I have no complaints whatsoever. I've never felt rushed through my visit. Dr Abraham listens to my issues and thoroughly explains everything to clearly let me understand what's going on. She's very caring and understanding of my situation. When I leave the office, I truly feel better and understand how to move forward, with her instructions. I'm truly grateful to have found her as my new and last Doctor. As far as the staff or reception, I've never had any problems.

Years of complaints regarding their receptionist but still no change. Recently had the misfortune to be served by Paula (one of their receptionists). She seems to know more about the patient's concerns and problems than the patient themselves. Extremely rushed attitude, kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain what I was looking for and overall lacked decent customer service skills. Her behaviour was extremely frustrating and not at all how I expected to start my day off with.

The worst reception ever. I strongly suggest that the front desk staff get some people skills". Please send them for some training to handle the job that they are hired to do. The normal wait time although you have an appointment is 2 hours

Office is well run. Dr Ayesha Elahi is very caring and thorough. I only trust her. She takes care of my entire family. I would highly recommend her.

I don’t think my concerns were addressed. I had to waste nearly an hour waiting for my appointment for him to rush through it in less than 10 minutes. I never felt so belittled in my life during the appointment.

Very clean place, they seem to still have a screen process due to the Corona Virus. There are two ways to enter this place, through its own entrance or through the buildings main entry. Very easy to find and the staff is very friendly.
