Every time I need to bring my Kia to the garage they are always full for the next few weeks".I called yesterday and they said in two mths! Who can wait two mths without a car... it's a shame because they used to be great."

My husband & I attempted to purchase a car from here but evidently it did not work out. We were always left in the dark, all of our emails/calls/texts went unanswered & they ALWAYS had an excuse. Someone was in the hospital, no receptionist, not enough salespeople, left early, email didn't send etc. We put down a deposit, completed the finance application & were approved, yet they refused to sell us the car after we expressed our frustrations with the lack of communication.I personally believe it is because we are anglophones & they refused us good quality service because of that. We were very much a last priority.All we did was express our frustrations to the sales manager about our treatment & how we felt ignored & he blew up at us & essentially told us to kick rocks because we were too difficult to work with"

I was cheated by this dealer...they sold me a newer car but they gave older car then the engine was broken..I start sueing them in the court..BE CAREFUL...!! and stay away of this dishonest dealer...I had terrible experience...I will share here result of following the case

I had an amazing experience at Kia Ville Marie, they were quick and efficient at getting me a car that I wanted while also working with me on the price. Johny found me a car and rushed the car out from out of city in order to complete the purchase. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone, the cars sell themselves including the great warranty from the manufacturer but the service and customer service was top notch as well.

RESPONSE TO DEALERSHIP:All absolute lies. We did NOT reapply for financing, we did NOT ever try to put the car under my wife’s name, we did NOT return to the dealership after having a bad experience at another dealership, and they NEVER reached out to us to reapply for financing (why would we even need to reapply for financing when we were approved at prime rate!?).Again, I reiterate the fact that this dealership has earned their horrible reputation.Absolutely crooks and they will get their karma.To potential buyers: don’t walk away from this stealership, RUN away.There is a REASON this is the lowest rated Kia dealership in the area, and there are only two salesmen and both are brand new (i.e., having had started within the past 30 days).We tried to purchase a new vehicle from here (we paid the deposit and were approved for financing), but we were strung along for WEEKS without being given any of the promised information (e.g., a bill of sale). I BEGGED to be sent something, anything, indicating we owned the car, and I was always told they’ll send it “tomorrow”, but tomorrow never came. I ended up having to email the sales manager (Yannick) to advise him of what was going on, and he replied they would no longer sell us a vehicle as we were annoying them (we were told they don’t need our business as there’s already so many potential buyers) rather than given an apology for being completely ghosted by the incompetent salesman Jeremy.We have already issued a complaint with Kia Canada.Horrible place ran by horrible people. Stay far, far away.

Because of a flat tire,they towed my car to this dealership. Upon arrival, I was told that it would take several days(!) just to change a flat tire. After talking on the phone, I was told that since the car is already at a dealership, they cannot even bring my car to another dealership which could fix my car the same day! Although I had full protection and full coverage I had! Finally, I had to bring my car to Canadian Tire and pay 300$ for taking a service I must have received at the dealership, not at Canadian tire! Extremely disappointing!

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. 0 professionalism. I would suggest avoiding this dealership at all costs. Spoke to several managers regarding an issue i had with the car, no one is able to provide a justified explanation to resolve the problem, always my dodging the questions.Extremely rude and have no concept of customer service. Overall just a really horrible experience.

UPDATE: I indeed reached out both Kia Canada & Kia Ville Marie; they both told that they won't change their decision whatsoever. I asked for a revision of file and a redoing of inspection, or to bring it to a third party certified inspector; they declined claiming that nothing will ever let them fix it whatever the result is!!!Definitely a corrupted company as well their dealership management!!! Not the first time that Kia scams me and my family!!I have a 2014 Kia Rondo which has a manufacturing issue of short block ( lower part of the engine). My car is under an extended warranty by Kia Canada after a law suit agreement, like many other cars from Kia. I brought the vehicle to Kia Concept located in Dorval about 3 months ago in order to do a diagnostic test and to fix the manufacturing problem. They made me wait 3 weeks then told me to go to Kia Ville Marie ( claiming they have a more experienced specialist regarding this issue). Indeed I brought there; following the diagnosis, Kia Ville Marie got back to me saying that Kia Canada refused to fix the problem even though the engine is still under warranty. Kia Canada also asked them to remove the check engine and to not to let me pay the diagnostic test fees and to convince me that this problem is not part of the engine warranty. After contacting Kia Canada in order to ask them for a reconsideration, since the vehicle is not safe to be driven on roads nor in a drivable ability, they eventually told me that their decision is firm and nothing will ever make them fix the engine even though the diagnosis and the evaluation says that it is their manufacturing problem. I also asked them to bring it to a third party and certified mechanic so they would help in the diagnosis, but they refused. In addition, I told them the the inspection done by Kia Ville Marie says that it is in fact a manufacturing problem as indicated, but Kia Canada says that the inspection done by Kia Ville Marie is incorrect ( knowing that Kia Ville Marie is a certified inspector and mechanical from Kia and does take care of all vehicles at the dealership including service, sales and purchase). Now, my car is broke and I am unable to fix it and I am forced to take the bus to get my family needs. Worst experience with the worst dealership ever! Be aware and be safe everyone !
