I was holding off purchasing a Mavic Mini 2 for a project that was supposed to start in a few weeks, but then the timeline advanced... up 2 weeks... it was Tuesday afternoon and I would need it Friday.I'd already done some searching at different packages from different retailers, and I remember seeing a random review about DronePoint's shipping and service. So I narrowed down my purchase decision to DronePoint, with fingers crossed, that I would have a similar experience. I didn't. I think it was even better!!!I live 2 hours from Toronto. I ordered the bundle late Tuesday afternoon, I received a notification that it was shipped Wednesday morning, and I received it by lunch on Thursday, a whole day ahead of my deadline!The buying process was super-quick (google pay, like 2 clicks); and I was able to stalker-track the shipping through the website / Shop app.Just to ease my stress, I reached out on facebook, and received a response instantly. I wanted to see what the turn-around would be, and they told me I missed the shipping deadline for Tuesday, but no matter what, I would receive it Friday; and they EXCEEDED my expectations.I am so happy, and can't recommend this store enough!

In purchasing a drone I definitely wanted to deal with a vendor who was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. My decision was to go with Drone Point and I have never looked back. If you purchase the DJI Drone Refresh with your new drone they even look after all of the involved paperwork and send you the in force policy attached to an e mail. In stock drones and accessories, competitive pricing, immediate priority shipping. DJI made a sound business decision in making Drone Point one of their distributors.

Recently purchased a DJI Mini 2 package online from DronePoint Canada. Smooth online experience, competitive pricing, and prompt delivery.My order included a Nanuk 910 hard case for the Mini 2, but the case shipped to me had the wrong foam insert (it was for the Mavic Mini). I reached out to Dronepoint Canada about the problem and received a prompt response that a replacement would be on its way to me right away. It arrived within a week. Excellent customer service!

Great prices. Quick response and good customer service. Processed my order/picked up for shipping in the morning from my purchase time. Shipping was fast and the packaging was awesome. If anyone is looking for a dji product I highly recommend Dronepoint.

These guys are great, they don't shy away from questions and they know their stuff. Drone Point delivers great customer service on their products; much better then what you get from the big box stores. I recommend them instead of any big box store.

I really wish I’ve had a similar experience to the other reviewers. Round 1 bought batteries. Huge delay in shipping due to Purolator.Round 2, bought ND filter on a Wed plus paid more for Xpresspost. Followed up on Friday as nothing was shipped and was told it was going out later that day. In reality it was shipped Mon and now is lost in the Purolator system. Yes it was shipped Purolator and not the service I requested.Tried to follow up via their chat and not only are the slow to respond, they are offering zero assistance at locating this order.There’s plenty of stores out there. If these guys don’t want to give appropriate customer service or let alone follow instructions, Im happy to spend my money elsewhere.

Excellent service and communication from DronePoint. Everyone always communicates well when trying to make a sale, but a true test of a business is how they deal with issues when they arise. We had an issue with a shipment on a recent order and the issue was dealt with promptly and professionally with excellent communication throughout. Highly recommended!
