I’ve worked for this company for three years, management is a lost cause and not once did I receive a raise or any sort of vacation time. THREE YEARS and no appreciation for their employees. What they pay for base pay and commissions will never compensate for how mentally exhausting this job is.

Well, the Asher ( Osl) that sold me my phone just right out lied to me, regarding my phone.He told me was free. They were running a special. It was one day and his boss called him and told him about it and you can get a free phone and you don’t have to train yours and chargers now And I kept asking him several times plus I was take a note.. Are you sure you I don’t trade my phone .Asher said no No, I said what will they charge me? He said around 25 the first three months then they will reimburse you and it will be then you would no longer be charged That was five months ago, I have been in to see Asher many times at the Plymouth, Indiana Walmart and he’s lied to me every time I go in there he’s like they should be correcting soon he had called them. (lying again straight to my face) and I finally got a hold of somebody at AT&T and they said they never ran They would never just give you a free phone without trading one in, this is down righ fraudulent I am so upset I am so mad my bill was supposed to be 50+ tax after they credit me for the phone purchase and it is now 87 something and I’m going to be retiring. I won’t be able to afford it here. I thought it was AT&T being crooked but it’s Asher already contacted attorney general and I am speaking with Attorney next week. Please feel free to contact me.

If I could give a 0 I would. Worst experience ever. Everything was a mess. It took 3 hours for 3 phones. He never finished transferring my phone number so I had to talk with T-Mobile. Then he never told us they only sell 1 plan and not the one we asked for. He never said a word. I seen my bill was over $200 instead of $140. I went to T-Mobile and they fixed that. Upon looking at things my address was not even close even though he asked me if the address on my license was correct. The guys boss kept walking away to flirt with Walmart employees instead of staying and helping. Was VERY unprofessional. The whole thing was a mess. You are better off just going to the store of the company you are getting services thru.

The job itself is lenient but the pressure is there. The commission structure is poor. You won’t get a paid much. They lie to you and tell you that the commission will make up most of your paycheck but at most i’ve gotten was $160 and it comes at the end of each month. Upon quitting, my DM, Robin, was very unprofessional and held animosity towards me for moving on to a better opportunity. Any job that will hire you just because you picked up the phone is not a job worth having. 3/10 would not recommend.

I got hired after HR called me through phone interview. I was told that I will be getting a kiosk around my location to place and sell services. Turned out to do door to door sale mainly. Upon asking, kiosk was provided after a few weeks. Territories given to me didn’t have high speed and only up to 50 Mbps. That too where all of the previous team members had been there already. Salesforce is not updated and managers pressure to follow 100% compliance, which is impossible, as all of the location doesn’t pop up on the map. How to sign in and sign out if not showing on the map? No appreciation for resolving customer’s complaints or concerns, but written warnings if just a little off on the weekly targets. Call centre at Nordia and order desk both messes up your fully confirmed sale while placing orders, after explaining everything properly to customers. Majority of customers just complain due to their experience with this company and for charging higher on their bill. Opportunities and swags are not divided equally amongst team members. Lot of work politics. Otherwise, good experience overall. Loved interacting with customers and hearing about the stories of the experiences they had with this company. Managers motivate you always.

Worst experience ever had. I am also employee of Walmart but the person at OSL had no knowledge of products he sale. I bought iPhone 14pro from them he told me about promotions and all other offers. While reviewing the contract he told me 1 of the 2offers wasn’t showing so he told maybe it’s a system error so he will contact his team or supervisor and then he told sorry both offers can’t be combined. Still I agreed to buy the phone as he was providing me associate discount on my plan. When I was done everything and bought the phone then he told I asked his manager or supervisor that he can’t provide me promotion on that too. So firstly he provided me False information for phone EMI Plan and then same for the Sim Plan. He says to return now but it got me wastage of a lot of my time firstly he took around 3-4 hours to process everything now again I have to go and return and buy from someone else again never recommended.

I received somewhere around 17 calls from one of their reps when I signed my new lease. She called once a day (sometimes twice) nearly every business day for 3 weeks. When I inquired as to why I was being called excessively, I was told she was required to call until I spoke with her. So, this company’s policy is to harass people until they finally wear them down. I don’t understand why they think they’ll get a sale from someone they’ve been harassing for weeks.Update: I emailed them my concerns as requested in their reply and heard nothing from them. They clearly don’t care at all whatsoever.

When using the Microsoft Teams app we all have a huge amount of support available across all of our district and region. I had an issue today and instantly had help available and all the answers I needed to fix an issue. You're not gonna find a more supportive company and team anywhere else. If you need a job then come work with me.

I just purchased my new phone from WalMart. THE best experience I've had yet! Go find OSL Retail Services( within WalMart) specifically, Team Lead Brandon from Ames. Knowledgeable, courteous, he Activated it, making sure I was comfortable with it and had All the info I needed before I left. He added that I could find him the next day if I had concerns. This guy needs a raise!!
