I really had a great experience buying a flatbed trailer from Macro trucks sales, They were very helpful and kind during the process. Especially NAV was very helpful as it was my first time buying a trailer.

I recently purchased 8 dry vans from Macro Truck Sales and unfortunately, my experience with them was extremely disappointing. Upon receiving the vans, I discovered that all of them had expired tires, which has resulted in multiple service calls and the replacement of 50 out of 64 tires through service calls on the road.Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the dealership on several occasions, they have not taken any action to resolve it. Instead, they have placed the blame on me for not checking the tires before purchasing the vans, which I find completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect the products I purchase to be in good working condition, and it is the responsibility of the dealership to ensure this is the case.Overall, my experience with Macro Truck Sales has been very frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for reliable and trustworthy dry vans. Their lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable and I hope they take my feedback into consideration to improve their services in the future.

This dealership is beyond dealership, they will treat you like family and will do everything to help you. They’re the best to buy commercial vehicles and financing. Definitely recommend.. specially Nav.
