Average station design with a big parking lot, but the surrounding area is in the middle of nowhere.Although the station doesn't have a toilet, the underground passage definitely smells like one. People smoking pot blocking the staircases.It could use improvements.

This station is rarely open. No bathrooms or vending machines. You’d think they’d have these amenities since they get a lot of transfers.

My suitcase handle broke and I did these stairs carrying the bag. There is no details which platform to take, no schedule details, no bathroom or drinks or vending machines. No escalator, just stairs and I wonder how strollers, wheelchairs or elderly can use this place.

How is it possible that when someone needs guidance the principal office where you are supposed to purchase tickets , find shelter during winter and have bathrooms and fountain of waters accesible it’s always closed? It is impossible to have access in case of emergency and that is shorty service. If I need to find any of the mentioned I have to cross the street to the Tim Hortons and That’s a long walk seriously with all the traffic I hoped you guys could do better .Your offices are always closed what happens when someone needs information and only the people in the booth are supposed to help? Seriously guys get it together

Mount pleasant Go is a small transit station. You do have a lot of parking space here. But you do not get a lot of go trains from this station. there is on KI that operates from this station. I don't find a lot of screens that tell you the bus or train schedule here. They are very limited. The other thing I don't like about this station is that they don't have a restroom facility here. Otherwise its ok, you get on the train or bus from here and get to your destination.

The office is always closed! No washroom facility. A must during winters! No place to fill up water bottles. Some of us travel 2-3 hours one way and need these facilities at a major junction like this one. No information desk if you have any questions about transfers and travel! Really poor management.

Well maintained and connected bus stop. Have not yet used the GoTrain service. Will update my review once I use the GoTrain

Common occurrence in Ontario, another station that seems to be designed by people who don't take transit.-Tap stations not sufficiently placed-bus services are served by 2 physically separated platforms on 2 sides of the track. So for transfers from one bus to another requires a person to figure out which side of the track their connecting bus is and go down the stairs under the train tracks to the other side, and walk back up.... And hopefully not miss the bus walking at least 700feet. What a poor design.

Probably one of the worst go train station. People always smoking weed in the stairwell and the parking lot has tons of flyers stuck to cars. There needs to be more security.

Standard GO Train station, but the office is closed, and there are no restrooms. Even though the station is in a relatively built-up area, there is nothing nearby, except for a large parking lot and bus stops. For example coffee shop or grocery store would be good there.
