My wife and I worked with the Norcab team starting December 2020. Having shopped around to a few other designers & manufacturers , we ended up back at Norcab. I would highly recommend Norcab for their professionalism and ability to offer a custom, high-quality kitchen. From the first day we walked into Norcab and met with our designer Colleen we have had nothing but a pleasurable experience. Colleen met our custom cabinetry needs with great results. From the design, to the installation of our cabinets / counter tops and back splash the Norcab team has been wonderful. I cannot emphasize enough that they met their production and delivery dates with no delays which is saying something in today's environment. To the team that installed the cabinets and to the team that installed the counter tops and back splash thanks very much and great work! You were professional in your approach and the final result is a testament to that. I would like to thank Kate & Carmella as well, it was a pleasure working with you. Lorelee and Norcab did a fantastic job of designing and installing our new kitchen. I have had several comments from guests that the quality is very good. They provide a lovely 3d drawing of the finished product - my only disappointment was that the floating shelf lighting above the sink shown in the drawing needed to be ordered separately …. and I didn’t know that it was not included. Loralee did her best to rectify this by having 2 pot lights installed above the top floating shelf but the bottom shelf is in darkness. My best advice is to make sure to read the fine print. Other than that I love my new kitchen and also had Norcab custom make and install a bathroom vanity for a new basement bathroom. Very professional all round.

Fantastic to deal with from start to finish. The quality of the product is outstanding and the installation went smoothly. Their communication throughout the project was always very prompt as well. Thank you, Grant, for accommodating the early on-site visits, and ensuring production ran smoothly - the kitchen fits perfectly! Thank you, Kate, for coordinating the install dates and payments. Finally, thank you to Joel and Garret for their hard work installing the cabinetry. They were meticulous, clean, respectful and made sure to answer any questions we had. The kitchen is beautiful and we are so happy with it! We will call you next time we require any cabinetry, and will highly recommend you in the meantime!

We went with Norcab to remodel our kitchen and we couldn’t be happier. We just love our new kitchen! Hello,I had a really good experience with Norcab. They have a really thorough design process and structure of making sure that you understand everything your getting. The cabinets are extremely well built and solid. Another note is they are on time to the letter. They gave me a date a few months out and did not miss it. I also enjoy the family atmosphere, they are really good people who know cabinets and design. Very impressive business all around. They stay with you until you are completely satisfied. What an amazing experience from beginning to end. I built a new house last spring and the builder was not able to give me all of the options i was looking for in a kitchen. I compared the cost of getting close to what from the builder with the cost of putting a base kitchen in and then replacing it with a full custom kitchen that gave me everything I wanted after the fact. I had to live without a kitchen for the first 2 weeks in my new house but it couldn't have been more worth it. We are so happy with every aspect from the design consultation straight through to the install of the kitchen. We were so happy with the kitchen that we also replaced the master bathroom immediately after and are now in the process of doing our laundry room and will be doing the walk in closet shortly. Thank you to the staff at Norcab for their dedication to my satisfaction.
