Oliver at the Print Centre is awesome! I had trouble downloading a return document, but Oliver totally saved the day with his friendly and speedy help. He's definitely a pro at what he does, five stars for Oliver!

I had a very nice experience. Sure to traffic I couldn’t make it in time before the store closing. I called in advance and they handed me the pick up item still. Much appreciated.

In order to make copies they require you to make an pre-authorized payment. I allowed for 5 dollars but only used .80. A week later the 5 dollar pre-authorized payment is still charge on my credit card as well as the. 80 I used. I went in store with my receipt to ask for them to refund the unused 5 dollar and the lady rudely said nope

Girl at the photo copy area is awesome!! She is always willing to help you on the computer or the photo copier if you're having trouble. I'm not sure of her name, but her hair was blue. If I were to rate her I would give 5 stars. I will say that there isn't enough staff. Which results in long waits. Also, I went into get a passport, and they were out of ink? At a staples? I had to rate a 4 due to these things.

Went to buy a laptop, tried to arrive earlier but just made it before closing on a Sunday. Favour was very helpful and he even checked the back to see if they had a different colour in stock. Super nice guy!

We had a disappointing experience with the passport photos here. Ours came out underexposed, and when I mentioned that, the person helping us didn't know what to do, said that she had put the brightness on max already, and then refused to speak after that. We still paid for it, went to UPS to get photos taken again, and the service there was much better - properly exposed photos and friendly staff.
