I used ABT for concrete leveling. They came with the lowest bid for the job, showed up sooner than the original date and did exactly what I needed. I have used ABT for other work in years past and have been very pleased with the quality of work. They don't spend hours trying to sell" you more than what you need. If the need arises

We recently had the basement water issue in our home north of Menominee MI. We were told it would be two days. It's about 1 1/2 hour drive from the home base so we allowed some leeway for travel.Day One they show at 1030 am, and take an hour lunch, and leave at 330. So 4 maybe 4.5 hours on site.Thursday day two. It's after 11 am and no show. My wife calls and , oh, they had a work meeting. So they couldn't call to advise us? We have plumbers and water conditioner people coming Friday early to rehook up our plumbing that was out for a week by that time. They finally show at 1130, with out any concrete to at least to do the corner where the pressure tank is located. A Couple guys have to run into Marinette's Menards, probably an hour round trip, to get concrete as they didn't bring any. They work until 4 without lunch. 4.5 hours more. and 2 lost man hours.Friday. The plumber is there at 800 and fortunately we had concrete in that area for the tank. ABT shows at 10 and works about 3 hours to finish the job. 3 hours.Now upon further inspection I find that one of the two inlets to the pit stops short of the pit. It drips behind the reservoir. Very unsatisfactory. I contacted the company and I am awaiting a response.The job easily could have been done in 2 days. It's extremely difficult to get contractors to your home and this was planned 3 months early. We didn't have water for a week. The lack of notice on Thursday and the short hours worked made it all very stressful. The office didn't seem to care that we were concerned and PO'd.We had Sure-dry at another home. I regret not using them again.

I laugh every time I hear their commercial saying We fix bad basements". I contacted them in May 2019 regarding leakage around my egress window whenever we have a heavy directional rain. They advised that I have proper drainage installed with a new window well and window well cover. I had even more leakage after the work was done. They came back and sealed the wall from the inside. I still had issues after that. They have been back at least 5 times to "fix" the issue. I have had flashing installed both above and below the window well

I was having a water leakage problem in one corner of my basement. They came out and told me how the problem should be fixed. Nice person who came out and nice crew also. Also contacted my the next year to see if I had any problems or concerns. Was a wet spring and not one drop of water in the basement. Would highly recommend them.

ABT Foundations was chosen by my home's previous owner to install a window well drainage duct in November of 2018. My wife and I purchased the home in July of of 2019. We had flooding in our back room since we first bought. The first major rain we got was bad enough we had to remove a portion of our basement flooring. The next big rain was bad enough we had to remove the remainder of our flooring. When we pulled back the drywall to examine the issue, we found this terrible work that was done by ABT for the previous homeowner. I sent these images to ABT. My project manager, Drew, believed the job was done improperly and informed me he would reach out to his supervisor. The supervisor called me and we discussed our options. He acknowledged the job was not done to their code and the piece they call the clear board" which keeps the foundation and footing from pinching and sending water back up was never even installed! This means that instead of water going to the drain tile and being channeled to our sump pump it was being brought directly into my basement with no other mitigation other than to be soaked up by our carpeting and walls. Dan was professional and apologetic to the situation. They sent a service member out to redo the job at zero cost to us. While I wasn't there to watch them do the work

Don’t do it! Very poor workmanship by their crew. The company needed to send out people 3 times after the initial wall anchor repair to stop water from coming in the holes that they drilled through the basement wall. Because of the poor workmanship, my basement floor got damaged. Cosmetic they say and they will not repair their mistake. In order to repair the leaking, they had to dig outside and pull up all of our plants and fill the holes with an epoxy. They did not replace any of our plants either.ABT now claims the pitch from the foundation outward was negative. This is the first time that they said anything about this. The whole back area naturally slopes away from the house. So it can not be that. They also tried to tell me that the concrete edging caused the issue. Grasping at straws to deflect away from their responsibility to make things right.

Well, let's start off with they charged us 1,600$ to fix a crack in our wall. That apparently wasn't the issue of the leak in our basement! Basically guessed, charged us, and didn't fix our issue. Asked for a guarantee of what they would be fixing, and never received it (probably because they knew they were going to screw us over). Good to know such a 'well known' company would screw people over. Would not, and will not recommend this company to anyone!! Very rude and unprofessional!

Kept their schedule and if unable make date or scheduled time always called. Once project started, finished with stated time frame or earlier. Always kept working area clean after leaving for day. Was very detailed in explaining project and originally agreed to have 2 Basement walls done but had them come back soon after to have 3rd wall done. From office staff to project bidder to contractors/work crew, not one complaint or concern

We needed to have our basement wall reinforced and waterproofed as it was cracked on both ends and the top was tipping in by around 2. We also had a window well duct installed as with all of the rain from the spring

I had my basement done last year. I was sick of cleaning up water after a hard rain. I don't have to do that any more. Dry every time I check. I also want to say that when I had the work done, the workers that did the work were awesome. They would sing while they were working. I was going through a very trying time in my life and this just made everything better. Thanks again for the work that was done. I am having a check up on the system in Oct. and am so happy this is something I don't have to deal with.
