Since this is my first time building my own home, finding an architect seemed daunting to me. I met with Luda one morning over coffee to discuss my house plans and I knew right away she was genuine. Luda is professional, creative and friendly. She is easy to talk to and she listens to what you want. I am very excited to see what my house will look like once it's completed. I look forward to working with her along the way and I will definitely work with her on future projects.

Worked with Luda on our new ICF home. We went to Luda with our ideas for our new home and she was so helpful making those ideas come true. She was easy to talk to and bounce ideas off of. She did not push her own agenda but instead listened to what we wanted. She had not worked with ICF construction before but was enthusiastic to try a new building technique. She actually came and helped us build the first forms for our foundation! We would certainly not hesitate to recommend Luda, she is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and very easy to work with.

Highly recommended. My wife and I wanted to add a secondary suite in our basement. Luckily we found Luda, and it was really nice working with her. Luda came to my house on time, listened carefully about our ideas and requirements and came up with some professional suggestions. Most importantly, Luda sent us 3 floor plans to choose. The plan we chose was accepted by the Plan Reviewer, City of Coquitlam without any questions, all requirements were perfectly met. Thanks a lot Luda!
