Very few salespeople to ask questions to but less to annoy you. Large store with many varieties of furniture including accessories to accent home.

I dealt with Devin at the Kelowna after having some less than satisfactory experiences at two other electronic stores and couldn't be more impressed with the level of service from Devin. I was having issues with my credit card on a Sunday and even on the Monday when I went back. Devin was patient and professional as I worked through my challenges. Once I made my purchase of an open box (floor model) TV, I took it home and set it up only to find the screen had some discoloring. Expecting the worst, I called Devin and all he asked for was pictures to prove that the TV did indeed have screen issues. He texted me back within five minutes with the news that they were going to bring me a new TV for the same price. Thanks Devin, you've won a customer!!

The worst!! Do not buy the warranty because they scam you! They will not repair anything that is not reported within 14 days. They said in the guidelines that they would give you the same new couch if the other one is not repairable but they do not THEY WONT REPAIR ANYTHING THAT HAS BEEN RIPPEDNo point of getting the warranty because it is useless

I enjoyed the easy layout of products and the clean displays. Frank Duval was helpful and answered all my questions and suggested great ideas as I tried out dining furniture ideas. Definitely an enjoyable place to shop and look for that special piece for your home.

We needed to replace our mattress and have not enjoyed shopping for replacement in the past. From the moment we walked into the Brick in Kelowna we were welcomed by Kewal and he spent time with us to get us the perfect mattress that worked for both myself and my husband. We are very happy with our purchase. Delivery team were polite and fast. Only waited 3 days ....amazing service from everyone. We will be back ....

Our experience with Jessie Couch was excellent. She went far and beyond to ensure we got a nice deal on a bedroom set. Thanks to her customer service skills and courteous demeanour we went back to the store to close a deal. Definitely recommend her services and The Brick in general for anyone looking for furniture.
