I do NOT recommend storing your stuff at this location. My unit became infested by mice, leaving feces & urine EVERYWHERE. Resulting in thousands of dollars in damage. Customer Service kept referring to the contract fine print, and did not care about my situation. No compensation offered. No compassion. No Customer Service. I instructed that Managament/Ownership to call me and discuss, but heard nothing. I had to call back & remind the staff, whom informed me that Management/Ownership probably wouldn’t call . If you value your stuff, you’re better off storing it elsewhere. I’d rate this negative stars if I could.

I have been storing some of my possessions here for several years.They are not open 24 hours, but I have never needed access to my items between Midnight and 5:00 AM so it is not an issue for me.The owner, management and staff treat me like royalty every time I call or visit the site.The property is very secure, I do not worry about any of my items being stolen.The entire site is is clean and very well kept and maintained.If you are looking for long or short term storage I highly recommend these fine folks.Only 4 stars.... I never give 5 stars, if I did, these guys would get 'em.

My friend did business with this outfit a few years ago. They were running a promotion. If you paid two months in advance on a new locker. The third month was free. Sure enough at the end of the second month she recieved a phone call from them demanding payment. She had to remind them about the promotion and what happened to her free month?? It did eventually get cleared up. But we moved her stuff out after the third month. Wasn't going to put up with that nonsense every month with them pestering her for the rent money. Is this company so desperate for the rent?? I would understand if you were a couple of months behind. But to badger your customers every month?? No thanks.

Booked a unit and use of the truck over the phone and confirmed it was booked. Came to collect and they were in the process of giving the truck to another customer and denied they'd booked me the truck. Left me stranded without the means to move my stuff two days before the end of the month. Staff member Donelle who made the error was particularly unhelpful and her attitude poor. Will be moving my belongings out of this facility asap- unfortunately I'd already paid for a month they didn't even offer to refund. Their staff really needs better training, clearly , on what they are communicating to customers. I suggest using a different company altogether.Update - despite the owner's reply, his staff member confirmed on the phone when we called to rent a unit that the truck would be available to use to move my items into storage. We ASKED if we needed to put a deposit down over the phone on a credit card to ensure the truck was reserved for us, and were told no, the truck would be ours. So when we arrived in person to sign the paperwork and pick up the truck two days later, as per our conversation with staff member Donelle, and the truck was being given to someone else, it was both extremely disappointing and inconvenient. The problem here is either the owner not correctly training staff, or the fact that his staff is outside smoking in front of the door rather than doing their job.Update #2 - in actual fact, I did not so much as raise my voice to the staff, much less swear at them. My companion did use an expletive, and immediately apologized; she was frustrated with Donelle's lousy attitude and arguing, but realized her response wasn't polite and said she was sorry. However, Donelle's attitude reached peak charming when she screamed at her manager over the phone, threw it on the counter and stormed into the back of the shop crying hysterically. Donelle seems to have omitted her entire contribution to this horrible experience.Update #3 - after giving them notice to vacate **in writing**, with an end date, and then confirming (again in writing) 4 days later that I had emptied my unit and was no longer using their services, they called AND emailed me 4 days after that reminding me that my rental fees were due for the following month. I'm not even a customer anymore, and two written notices referencing that should be sufficient for them to make note of it. Really, just a super disorganized business.

Everything works (and if something breaks they address it immediately), everything is clean, the staff is amazing. Can easily make payments online, no fuss -- they even give you printed instructions when you sign up. Been renting a heated/indoor unit here for over 2 years now, it's nice to be completely comfortable when we access it. Extremely secure, I don't ever need to think twice about leaving stuff there.

Have had a unit here for years and have never had a problem, access in and out has been great and the staff have always been friendly with me

Just attempted to book a storage unit over the phone and was told that I had to come into the office to sign papers and provide a credit card. I advised that I was not in the lower mainland and asked if the unit could be held until I could come in to sign - I was told no. I asked if there was some way to coordinate this as I wasn’t local - I was told no. I questioned this practice and was told that his manager wouldn’t allow it. I asked to speak with the manager and was told no. I asked if the manager could call me and was told that his manager wouldn’t even return my call as this was their policy. I noted that their policy was akin to a 1980’s environment, especially with COVID-19. What business in 2021 is unwilling to conduct transactions (note that I did not say unable) electronically or over the phone. I was told by the guy whom I was speaking that he was in the business for 12 years and it has never been done that way. Poor customer service and the attitude I received was completely unwarranted. I would never do business with this organization and I would advise others to beware.

easy and friendly customer service, competitive prices if not better then the rest, but more important I felt my belongings were safe and secure ! will come here again when I need some extra storage and I will recommend them to everyone.
