You know, i'm fine with people making money when the market is good. But i have seen him remove the same house from MLS and put it back on 2 different times at a higher price, hoping that new buyers coming in won't know that the house was previously listed at a lower price. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt by sending him an email asking why the price has gone up 2 different times and wondering if maybe there was extra renovations on the house done, but no reply. Right now in this market you can make money easily, there's no need to rip people off by continuously increasing the same house. If your a seller, anyone can sell your house for you, atleast find a realtor who is honest and isn't trying to rip people off, if he's doing it for you, then that means its also happening to you on the other end when your trying to buy a home. I hope his office see's this.

This guy is the most arrogant person you can ever imagine. He is more about him and his flashy trashy car and pretending to be some business man. He will get your listing and then not sell your house. I wouldnt even let him sell a goldfish.
