definitely a good place to work !

Unfortunately really bad environment.

Pros:4 Stars for work environment, culture, safety, and ethics.I liked the way I was taught using equipments. I am left handed and it took me good time to get a grip of tools.Good colleagues. My neighbour Jeff was supercool (please convey my thanks to him). My supervisor Deniala was very kind and patient. I just want ask her pardon because I could not get trained well in so short time.I focused more on quality than quantity. I was appreciated by my supervisor that I make good products but slow in pace.Note: Managers and Supervisors are trained by FBI to keep an eye on you. Use phones and you may be under watch all the time. Don't chat to your girlfriends. You may loose focus and get injured.Do good work so that Tyler appreciates and orders a Pizza and Juice for you.Cons:- Very competative. Less time to learn.- Tables are shorter and sometimes neck pains a lot. So, please inform supervisors the first day itself. Don't take too much of stress on body- If you guys feel it's too tough on your body and not suiting you. Please inform Seniors, they understand us. HEALTH is WEALTH.My suggestions:It is better to wear full sleeves to avoid and scratches on arms.I guess masks are off now, because my glasses used to get foggy & increased the risks.Actually, it is okay to say part timers that, we are looking for strong and skilled employees and release them. Please don't break their heart by making them feel less important. Some of us are always passionate though we are slow or imperfect.No matter what. I liked my job there. Good people to chat during breaks. And owners are polite and caring.Even a month's job helped me in good ways. I wish the organisation for more prosperity in the future days. I hope they will employe more fresh workers."

Use to work there great place good people.

grill looks great quality is good but custom ordered came the wrong size. iIemailed them to ask for some assistance but was told i must have measured wrong so i get stuck with a $170 grill that i can not use. customer service not so great i was written off no more contact.

I worked there for two weeks, I'm sharing my experience.I got my job from indeed. Tyler is a nice guy done pretty well in the interview. Got hired.The place is really really comfortable to work. When you come inside you can feel the comfort. They have pretty nice cafeteria where 10+ people can eat once. First day i had to do assessment in an old dvd player that went well. They provide gloves and protective glasses. Every time you go there you have to scan eye.Shift 7.00-3.30 or 8:00-4:30. As assembly operator you have to make air vent. I learned how to use drill for the first time. Many work done by the power tool.My first day supervisor was Danial, he is the only guy who was really nice to me. There is another guy name Ryan always yelling at me. People are not very friendly. English is freaking horrible. Only those guy stay inside speak good english(obviously they are native canadian). But my supervisor and co-supervisor need to work with their english and anger management. There's that . . .My first day at work. I done really poor job because it was my first day. You cant expect to become pro. Second day i kind of understand what to do. I follow rude instruction from ryan and doing that. Danial check it and he said its okay but ryan come and tight every bolt with hand screwdriver. Third day i worked same goes as my second day. 4th day i got complain from boss, he show me my first day at work and tell me what need to be done. I done just that on that day. I had problem with the table because i was 62 it was too short. So i had to sit sometime which i personally dislike during working. So yeah after 4 days work they said i dont need to come.Enough said about cons. I meet some really cool indian guys
