I became a big fan of kms when I found the west end store. I was happy to see one was opening on the south side where I live. Bigger store, more selection but lacking in service. The staff seem happy dealing with eachother but inconvenienced helping customers. 6 different occasions staff was to get back to me on back orders, specs, bringing in items from other stored etc not once was anything followed up on. If the commercial desk is closed the front end say they can take care of you but don’t adjust pricing. This place went from being my favourite store to…. It’s better than Home Depot.

Jocelyn and Kenzie in the Industrial Tools section are Angels, they have aided me in outfitting 6 new trucks for our company. they have helped in tool selection as well special ordering to meet my needs and giving me updates on my orders along the way. What normally is a painstaking process of going to multiple suppliers to find the best price or options and hours of wasted time Jocelyn has price matched and even sometimes beat the competitors prices to make my shopping a smooth time saved breeze. they have even aided in supplying most of our employees with new tools to make their workdays go smooth. I cannot thank these girls enough for all the help and I look forward to continued business with them!

Friendly and attentive staff, and good selection of tools. The website is better than most stores with a reasonably accurate inventory. The decent sales prices, members year warranty and reasonable return policy will definitely bring me back.

I ordered 2 Mag Lights at noon on 22 December 2022. They arrived the next day 23 December at 4:30, before Christmas! Amazing. Great prices and fantastic service.

They never fill up welding gas bottles all the way. They insist that its full around 1900-2000psi but everytime when I get home and can actually check its around 1600psi. I gave them some leniency the first couple times but sick of getting ripped off. Go elsewhere for your welding needs, these guys will short change you every time.

I like this place. Lots of stuff. Reasonable prices I think. Staff has always been good to me. Checked out the new one on Southside. Only place I know to get hobby welding gas
