Placed an order for in store pick-up over 3 weeks ago! I have been charged for all the items, but still have not received a time to pick up yet. Worst in-store pick up service yet. If you can’t offer same week pick-up, then at least let your customers know. Better to ship it, or better yet, shop somewhere else!

Bought Dakota winter boots for $300 in January of 2022, not even 3 months later and they have completely fallen apart. Front counter staff on location basically told me sorry about your luck. Last time I spend money at this place.

Mark's is always a good experience, we didn't find what we were looking for. The colours of the clothing were fairly bland as not a lot of array of colours to choose from but it was still a pleasant experience. Thank you.

Went to get boots and they didn't have my size, width, or right color in any boot I wanted. I take a normal 10.5 size and was definitely disappointed that their stock was so poor. The had lots of boots but it was all in limited colors and some not in the wide sizes. And I wanted a shirt and they didn't have it in my size.

Mark's has a very responsive on-line service and good quality products. On two occasions, ordered in-store (Portage Avenue Store) available items-available later same day. Check-out staff on both occasions very courteous and helpful. Did not get their names first time. Yesterday, it was Shelby. Good experience in Empress St..and Kenaston Av. Avenue stores too.

Didn’t even want to rate 1 star. Female manager didn’t want to help at all was not friendly closed before 9. More concerned about her being unfriendly towards us even if it was the case of being closed could’ve explained it in a nice manner.

Unfortunately they have no stock anyon leather work gloves and them zipper pants that turn into shorts. Atleast not in normal sizes and with belt loops

About 17 people in store,2 visible staff, waited 20 min. Or so to be helped. He was very helpful. Only 1 person on check out, so a line up of 5 people. This was around lunch or just after. Good selection just slow service and checkout.
