Best Western Premier Chateau Granville Hotel & Suites & Conf. Centre

Arrived at the hotel at Check in time. Our checkin was seamless and we were upgraded to an executive king room with a balcony. The hotel is in the Granville Entertainment District and is walking distance to the water front, several restaurants, the train, and shopping!They offer underground parking, for a fee. The hotel and rooms were clean, and well kept. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable!Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was much better than we had anticipated, very very clean. The bed was very comfortable, the living room had a door to the balcony overlooking granville street. The front desk staff were great both at check in and check out. Make sure to ask about parking as it's not included in your nightly rate

The room was nice. A little difficult cooling it down with one air conditioner for two rooms. The main reason for the low rating is the area. Full of homeless and people high as can be walking around. Felt very unsafe with my family. I do not recommend this location if you have kids or do not want to be around homeless people or people on drugs.

Great stay! We were upgraded to a suite with a balcony and living room which was a great surprise! Parking is easily accessible, underground with a fee. It was CAD$35 and you can park all day and night until the next day at 3pm which made it very convenient for us to walk around Yaletown. There are a lot of homeless people on the streets behind the hotel and it gets quite noisy at times. The staff are very helpful and kind. They’ll hold your bags when you check out. The elevator is clean and fast. I felt very safe in my room.

Great hotel overall, location perfect. Friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms and ditto view. Would have given 5 stars for service if they would provide laundry service (as advertised) and have a bit more variation in the (Edge's) breakfast offering.

Nice clean hotel rooms are large, pretty modern close to Yaeltown. Only downside is the street has a few homeless around. However, I've noticed in Vancouver that's pretty rampant and hard to avoid.

Amazing hotel with great service. Super nice reception and great amenities included. The suites are large and views of Vancouver downtown were good. Room was very clean and housekeeping did a good job. Location is great, lots of shops and activities close by (Stanley Park, Waterfront Station and Seabus to North Vancouver, Robson and Davie street for shopping), although it can get quite rowdy in the evening. Can hear street outside but not too loud. Staff were excellent and accommodating, especially regarding luggage storage prior to check-in and after checkout.Slight downside is that it is close to the hospital so you can constantly hear ambulances (about 3 per night).

We spent 6 nights in this hotel and had the most wonderful experience. Very polite and friendly front-desk staff, rooms were clean with comfortable beds, housekeeping always left us extra towels at our request. Very clean. Unlike other reviewers, the nights were very quiet. We also appreciated that our luggage was kept safe prior to check-in as a complimentary service. Thanks for making our experience a positive one! Highly recommend this hotel.
