Went Here for the first time to repair my hair that First Choice"-(Lundys Lane) Had Almost Ruined

Where to begin! I chose this place because of the reviews and was not disappointed at all. They have earned every star!. The place is clean, inviting, tidy. The staff acknowledge customers immediately and put them first. The talet and customer service is amazing. I watched all that came through the door during my 2.5 hour visit and watched the talent unfold and care for every customer. The results were amazing. They pampered all and every one walked out looking amazing with new colour, new stiles and a new look. The staff constantly got the customers feedback to make sure they were getting what they wanted. I love this place and would highly recommend it.

I got a trim and curtain bangs at this place.. and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. To start, it was pretty expensive, which wouldn’t be a big problem had they done a good job. Instead, they gave me someone who was most likely new to the job. I went in with long and healthy hair that just needed a trim because of the flyaways. Walked out with worse hair than I came in with. Bangs were choppy, uneven, and oddly shaped.
