The team of nurses were also the best and guide me through each step making me fill more comfortable.After surgery, several calls were made to my home from the nurses and doctor checking in on my recovery. I am so happy that I was referred to this clinic with such a great group of professionals. Therefore, I highly recommend Carlton Skin Clinic to those who need the highest professional skin care services.

Dr. Murray was absolutely awesome. He put my fear to rest, and his bedside manner was second to none. His eye for perfection in reconstruction made me feel he cared about the visual aesthetics during and after the surgery was completed. The nurses were very attentive and sweet. I could not be happier with the end result. I hope I never have to have Mohs surgery again so SPF has become part of my daily facial routine.

My mom was treated in this clinic and I can't say enough good things about the staff. I'm sorry for not remembering your names, but you guys are an amazing team!It starts with the front desk ladies who always rushed to help me with ushering my 90-year-old mom into the clinic. We never had to wait. The nurses that treated my mom are exceptional, professional and helpful. They were always trying to accommodate. They even called my mom after the surgery to check up on her!My mom was treated by Dr. Yuanshen Huang with excellent results. Dr. Huang removed two large cancerous growths: one from my mom's nose and another from her forehead. Dr. Huang also performed reconstruction surgery after the removals. After the surgery, my mom thankfully healed very well with no complications or any other issues.Not only is Dr. Huang a brilliant surgeon, she is also a compassionate human being. Many thanks to Dr. Huang and to the entire team at the clinic for the amazing job they performed!

First I’d like to start off with how well maintained and clean the clinic is, the minute I walked in I felt a sense that I would be well taken care of. Secondly the receptionists were very kind and sweet, were open to questions to what they could answer.But most importantly I can’t express enough of my appreciation and gratitude for this clinic. I had a cancerous growth on my upper eyelid and all thanks to my surgeon Dr. Solish and the nurses that helped have forever changed my life. They were very tentative on making sure I was comfortable and always checking in. During the procedure Dr. Solish kept me calm by keeping conversation and in which I’m grateful since I suffer with anxiety he made the process a lot easier for me. I’d like to add, the nurses answered every question I had when it came to cleaning and the post op care. The day after surgery they did a courtesy call to check in which felt great to know they care for their patients. My eye healed within no time and whenever I had questions I’d call and email- they got back to me in no time. looks like I never had anything to begin with. It’ll soon be 2 weeks since surgery and my eye looks back to normal. I’m entirely grateful for this clinic, surgeon and nurses.I highly recommend coming here, you will not be disappointed or not feel taken care of. They have been wonderful from the first appointment on. I had 2 basal cell carcinomas removed and Dr. Huang did such an amazing job that 3 weeks later my scars are barely visible. I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful experience I had at this clinic, getting my basal cell carcinoma removed from my face. Dry Yanshen Huang did the operation, and she cut it in such a way as to ensure the resulting scar would move with my smile. She answered all of my questions, and showed me where she would cut. And then the excellent and upbeat nurses there told me about the aftercare and what I needed to do. Honestly, if I were a nurse, this is where I'd love to work - it was that pleasant.Never thought I'd be leaving a review for a medical procedure; I expected to be miserable and was anything but that, after having it done.I can't recommend this place highly enough! It's very bright and the cleanliness is obvious and remarkable. There aren't enough words to express my gratitude to Dr. Huang.P.S. One of the nurses called me the next day to make sure everything was still okay with me. I never ever felt like I was intruding into their busy day by asking questions.

After Dr. Huang successfully removed a skin tumor from my forearm, I feel strongly that I should speak out about my experience of the skin excision procedure. I'm exceedingly satisfied with her professionalism. I’d like to thank her, the nurses and the admin staffs of the Carlton Skin Clinic for the excellent care and treatment I received.What I had was an early stage skin cancer of squamous cell carcinoma. The clinic was able to schedule the excision procedure for me two weeks after being referred by a dermatologist. Because the size of the lesion was large and located on the high tension area of my forearm, I was very concerned about how the doctor will operate the surgery, and especially that I may need skin reconstruction.Before the day of the procedure, I travelled to Toronto from a distance by flight and stayed in a hotel nearby. On the second day after lunch, we walked to the clinic. After entering the front doors, we received pleasant smiles and greetings from the front desk. The staffs and nurses were very kind, helpful, and professional — awesome.Fifteen minutes after the nurse set up and put me in the operation chair, Dr Huang came in and patiently explained to me about details of the pathology of my skin lesion, her operation plan, the expected surgery results, post-surgery care, healing and recovery. The atmosphere was happy and peaceful. The nurses and doctor were very professional and work together very well. Dr Huang’s strong knowledge, demonstrated experience in skin cancer surgery and hands-on skills, confidence and professionalism quickly put me in at ease, relaxed and smiling. The whole procedure took only about 15 minutes. It was well done compared to my experience in a similar procedure done by other surgeons, especially her unique suture technique and skills to make stitching a wide excision together very easy and, importantly, reducing visible scar formation.Last but not the least, I’d like to mention her nurse called me the next day to ask me how everything was going with my recovery after my flight home. Because during trip I accidentally forcefully used my arm several hours after surgery, there was some bleeding on second day. Her nurse asked me to send a photo of my excision location to Doctor directly for assistance although it was Saturday. I messaged Dr Huang a photo and surprisingly received her phone call assistance a few minutes later. Actually, Dr Huang called me again on Sunday to make sure everything was okay with my recovery. Four weeks after my surgery, the healing process was going so well as Dr Huang expected. She was fantastic --- very caring, detailed, helpful, patient and professional. I cannot thank her and the staffs enough.Dr Huang should be recognized as one of the top notch dermatological surgeons and would highly recommend her to anyone who needs to remove a skin cancer.
