The setting was very comfortable when I opened the door, professional, clean and simple, the staff was over the top. It was a nice day, but everyone that was involved in the conversation ,actually was helping out and measuring to resolve the parts issues, the sales team answered all my questions gave me a pamphlet printed out of what I was wanting, info to order a new trailerI was very impressed, most businesses, nowadays frustrate me to no end, today was completely the opposite. Good job guys. Definitely recommend. Your staff at this location.

Dropped off our trailer that we purchased here at the service department to have repair done. We had jacked knifed it and damaged the front. Followed up and service writer a few times and told she was waiting for the factory to approve. Finally she stated she could not get warranty. Of course we never asked for warranty it was an accident. They had trailer for 7 weeks with nothing done other than us calling to enquired repair status. So disgusted with lack of service. Picked up trailer and will never be back.

Service department very helpful and fun. New RV’s always have issues, but they are taking care of everything in a timely fashion. Have to order some parts, but was still able to use my unit. Went above and beyond.

Updated Review: We remain impressed with the quality of Allan Dale's service delivery. We couldn't take possession as planned due to a family emergency, and Chad readily made alternate arrangements for us. When we took possession recently, we asked for a walk-through and it was done with thoroughness. We discovered some repairs were needed and these were quickly addressed without any issues.It was a quality service experience!! Thanks again Chad and the Edmonton team. Sold us a travel trailer 4 years ago and went to trade it in and there was still a lien on it from before we purchased our camper.. what a hassle.. maybe the dealer should make sure there’s a lien release before selling to other people!! End of the day I saved my family over 10 thousand dollars by going to GORV. They gave us waaaaaay more for our trade and was less money for a 1 year newer unit

My wife & I just purchased a pre owned Thor Challenger class A motorhome through Russ Broomfield at Allandale in Edmonton. From our first contact with Russ, to him showing us the details and features of the unit and the test drive, his excellent knowledge of the unit and its intricacies and history he was thorough and personable. He managed our purchase with timely advice and did absolutely everything he promised. Also a shout out to Karen the service manager in Red Deer who took care of making sure our interior & exterior protection package was completed as scheduled so we could drive the unit home in Calgary on our time line.
