I've had to apply a few times in my life, for short periods because I had no skills. I've never been treated so inhumane as I've been treated by the Windsor office. Peel region, they really helped me out, made me feel assured that things were ok, warned me before they cut me off. Windsor cuts you off and waits for you to figure it out.

My worker was an Angel. The OW system and its workers have always stressed me to death but this was the first time I've ever been truly taken care of by the system. Thank you! File closed, but I pray I get the same worker again if I ever needed to return.
