The inspector said an electrical problem was with the panel. After a $500 electrician bill everything was perfectly fine. Please don’t trust inspectors for anything like this. If your selling/buying a home. Hire a professional tradesman

I asked Pam for an inspection as I wanted to know what was required for preventive maintenance and also because we are planning some renovations. Pam was incredibly helpful and thorough. I received a detailed report with pictures clearly highlighting the areas of concern.
