You made the choice to go with your firm simple and a no-brainer.Second, the ORCA web platform made the sharing of information extremely smooth and efficient. Keeping track of all the documents needed for both the sale and purchase was a nightmare but an easy to follow list within a simple UI was great for simplifying this whole process.Third, I cannot recall the name of the service, but it was an RBC Ventures web app, but it showcased all of the services one needs to move over when selling their property and assigning them to a new address. Without this service, I can guarantee you that I would have forgotten some of them or not even considered them.Thank you again Josie for addressing all of my questions and concerns and setting up our file for success.Thank you again to Vanessa for your walkthrough and explanation of all the contracts. It was a great pleasure to confer about families, parenting, etc. to take the edge off the whole stressful process.Great job folks - I'd recommend you to anyone.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience closing 3 times with Vanessa and Kamaldeep! The two purchases everything was smooth and Vanessa and her team were a joy to deal with, but the closing on the sale of my home is where I really appreciated their expertise and professionalism going above and beyond and help navigate a stressful time when the buyer of my home couldn't get the funding last minute. Vanessa and Kamaldeep work beyond normal hours along side my mortgage agent to make sure despite the unfortunate situation I was in that I was still able to close on the house I purchased after selling my home. Vanessa has been incredible to work with through every stage of our closing. We have now worked with Vanessa on two purchases and a sale. At every moment, her response time is instant. Even during incredibly stressful times that have happened in the past year with rising interest rates, causing deals to be delayed or fall through, Vanessa was always supportive with providing real-time updates on our options and recommendations for the best next step. I never felt like Vanessa didn't have things under control and will definitely work with her on future purchases/sales of property.
