Amazing place to have delicious food with your friends and family. Helpful staff. The Owner Anna is very Friendly . I left my 2 mobile phones and my wallet at this place and when I called them they were very helpful and started searching in camera and they they found out and called me to come and pickup and asked me to have tea, coffee and snacks.I am really very happy I got my phone and I must suggest all that you must visit this placeThank you so much Dosa Factory and Staff

The food was generally good. The dosas was great and crispy and fresh. The masala however was a little bland for my taste. Maybe needed a bit more of spices. The chicken 65 however wasn’t as I have had it elsewhere. I would have expected it to have a bit of masala cooked in curry leaves. It did taste good however. The masala chai was great, no complains there.Overall, would visit again when I crave for some dosas and would defiantly ask them to make the food with a bit more masala.

Nice discovery while driving around the outskirts of Vancouver. We got beef and chicken curry on the special day (Wednesday) for nice price. The portions were generous and the taste was great, typical Indian comfort food. Totally recommend!Just removing a star for the washrooms that needed a bit of care.

The Boys and I took the Missus out for an early Mother's Day dinner. First time at the Dosa Factory. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal as the service was fast and the food very tasty. Luckily, we like spicy food as we were not asked for spicy or hotness level. Bottles of water were available on the table for the customers to drink. We ordered the Chicken 65, Vegetable Pakora, Chicken Vindaloo Dosa, Mixed Veg Dosa and the Chicken Biriyani. We will be back to try the curries on another visit.

I have visited Dosa factory on Monday and there is great offer on dosa by the restaurant that is on every Monday for any Type of dosa they charge only $7.99 which they even include a bowl of dessert.Inside the restaurant they hand the portraits of Tamil Nadu which are tanjore brihandeshwar temple , srirangam temple, Kanya Kumari & Mahabalipuram. We group of four visited and opted for chicken dosa, lamb dosa, fish dosa, palak cheese dosa and mutter masala dosa. They’re stuffing so much in each dosa. However we are finishing dosa but not stuffing. But each stuffing is mix of some other curry mostly potato and mutter masala dosa smells different (definitely not good- it’s my opinion). And the dessert is ras malai- the milk tastes like plastic.

My family has never tried dosa at this restaurant, so we visited here this evening. There were many tables when we got here around 6pm.The space was quite big and comfortable as we could see tables were not packed together. The interior design, decors and lighting including the background music were just about right marching a dosa restaurant. It was interesting that the restaurant provided printed black and white paper menus. That was fine. Everything was clearly printed and we could see all the dish names. It was only three of us but we ordered four dishes to try. Everything was very good. Each table has some bottles of water. It was included in the meals. Very interesting! Usually servers or restaurants would offer water pulling from a jug or jar.We ordered three different dosas - eggplants, beef and eggplants with potatoes, and gun powder lentils. All of them tasted excellent. They were not too spicy. The four dish was a special on Saturday. It was lamb chop with naan bread and rice at $19.99.Overall, we had a great eating experience. Ingredients were fresh and portion was big. We deducted one star because the weather was hot. The restaurant turns on many fans. It would be nicer if there was an air conditioning. Also in terms of parking, we parked on the bush street Kingsway. Looks like we have to find street parking in general.

We went there after midnight and the place was still serving amazing fresh food. Never have I had South Indian food, and boy was it superb. The spices and sauce they provided was really good too. The service was great too. Would definitely go again and try more dosas.

Finally tried out Dosa Factory. All their dosas (which come with a dessert) are $6.99 on Monday’s.- Lamb palak dosa ($6.99) - okay but lamb was a touch dry and not much spinach. Flavours were light.- Madrasi style special dosa ($6.99) - a bit more seasoning/flavour came through.Decent dosas but doesn’t beat out House of Dosa’s offerings.

Terrible food. I've been living in Vancouver for 12 years and I've never eaten anything worse. The food is not fresh, it was cooked yesterday and reheated. And on top of that, it was burnt. I wish I had taken a picture of the samosa, it was charcoal. The veggies pakora was also burnt. The salad wasn't fresh, it was as if they had taken it from the previous customer's plate. It was bad
