Today, I was using the pet wash station for my husky/shepherd mix. I was so disappointed in the water pressure. I had to wash my dog in sections.

Staff is so great and helpful and cheerful! Very knowledgeable staff! Also, shelves are always stocked with the regular items that I need.

Oh so good with my little white dog! The staff here are always so friendly and jump at the chance to help with all your pet needs. Back to my neurotic dog...she's easily startled, anxious etc and grooming her is a huge issue. Took her in today for nail clipping and the young lady groomer was so kind and gentle, taking time to let my dog get to know her making this a stress free and happy experience for all. I highly recommend Pet Value because if the wonderful, caring staff and the large selection of everything your pet could ever need. They also offer a great rewards program...get your card today!

I moved to the area a month ago and have been getting pet supplies at PetSmart, as that's where I usually shop. Dissatisfied with low stock and variety, I took my puppy to Pet Valu and was thrilled to have hands-on help fitting him with a harness and picking out a treat. Phenomenal staff and a great selection of products here. We will be back!

currently have an adopted cat from them along with one other rescue cat. I go there for all my cats needs and they are helpful and willing to give me advice on any problems I may be having. They once took back and replaced a bag of food that pets would not eat (usual brand) for a new one they did eat without questioning or doubting the reason for it. Am most happy with service and staff there.

Great costumer service! Tina shows a genuine effort in making certain my pet's supplies are well stocked (birds) and will investigate about ordering specific items that I inquire about. I always leave this shop with a smile on my face!

Awesome staff who go out of their way to help. My toddlers fish tank has been a struggle but Rachel gave us some great advice and even tested our water for us. Our new fish is doing great!
