Call It Spring

Extremely rude customer service. I bought three pairs of shoes, and had miscalculated the final price in my head. When I asked the girl for more clarification, she proceeded to ask me if I knew how to do math. Don’t understand why she felt the need to be extremely condescending. After I asked her to be more polite, she threatened me to kick out of the store and refuse any sort of service. I’m sorry that you hate your job, but you really need to work on your communication skills in your work place. When someone gives you constructive criticism, please learn how to acknowledge it. Thanks.

Sign in and outside the store stated ALL shoes $35.00 : Exceptions: some shoes may be lower priced and Exemptions: sandals and boots. I chose a walking shoe and the manager REFUSED to sell me the shoe for 35.00. When i showed her the signs she said she was not responsible for what the marketing team posted and there was no way she was selling me that shoe for $35.00 (reg. price 44.99). My friend bought her shoe for $35.00 (reg. price 59.99). When i argued with her and told her she made no sense and was rude by dismissing me and telling me to call head office she called security to have me removed from her store. I left voluntarily and just want people to know how I was treated there. The sign is fraudulent.

Some staff are great, but the quality of the boots I bought plus the terrible return policy make me never want to shop here again. I’ve worn the boots maybe 5 times, just doing things like shopping so nothing strenuous has been done in them. The insole has started to collapse in to the platform portion of the sole starting at the toes, and it leaves a large rubber ledge that causes blisters. Not to mention that it’s collapsing more each time I wear them, starting from the third time they were worn. When I brought them in to see if anything can be done (exchange, return, any suggestions for fixing), I was told that they can’t be returned since they’ve been worn (even though if they were quickly wiped down they’d look new, that’s how little they’ve been worn), and to “just try selling them on marketplace”. So instead of trying to work with me I was told to try selling broken boots online, which nobody would want to buy since they’re broken! I went to leave a review of the actual product on the Call it Spring website and that option isn’t available, so I’m curious if there’s a history of bad quality with the company. Very disappointed, and a huge waste of money. At least most other companies I buy from would accept a return or exchange since obviously this is either a poor quality product, or a manufacture error.

I went in today looking for shoes for a wedding. I was greeted by a wonderful young lady. She went above and beyond to help me. Best customer service I have had in awhile. I must have asked her if I could try on 10 different pairs of shoes. Sorry! Thank you!

I went in for a last minute pair of wedding shoes, and the associates there were amazing! So kind and helpful. It was Justin and I didn't catch the girls name. But omg, so nice. It was close to closing and I felt bad but they didn't show any annoyance. Even got me some comfort pads. Just a great experience overall.

sales rep was amazing, didn’t catch his name but he was a pleasure to speak to.

I don't know why this location and the one in limerage. But these sales people have the worst attitudes. I think it's your job to answer questions even if you don't have the answer there is no need for attitude. Respect goes both ways.

Great retail store with awesome, friendly and helpful staff. Very reasonable prices and nice selection of shoes, boots purses, small backpacks and wallets.

Went in to try on a pair of boots. The gentleman working was leaning on the desk playing on his phone. He did not greet me at all. Someone came in to tell him stock had arrive he lean got off his phone and dealt with that vs still not helping me. I left and will be buying my boots elsewhere.
