Incredible service from this company, sales agents were polite, on time, funny, you can tell that they know their business and that they love what they’re doing.The technicians for the installation were scheduled three days after we made the purchase for our three wall units, they were on time, friendly, polite AND left the house as clean as it was when they got here, when they left everything was working perfectly!We had questions about our financing that we forgot to address, called the 24/7 customer service line and got an answer within minutes.Absolutely baffled by the amazing service, thank you!

Worst organization - first the sales person sells a bunch lies, which obviously the installations technicians can’t do. They say that the central unit (thermopompe) is supposed to work up to -20 degrees Celsius without relying on the furnace, but the furnace turns on when it’s slightly below 0. They also claim that the furnace shouldn’t turn on unless the central unit cannot heat the space to the requested temperature within 15-20 minutes. However, our furnace turns on first all the time, even if we don’t touch the temperature. The first time we called, a technician came and told us that our thermostat was too sensitive. Subsequent attempts to reach ultratek to see if they are able to provide another thermostat that allows more control on AUX usage have gone unanswered (we are told that someone will call us back and no one does). Our central unit also blows cold air even when it’s supposed to be heating. The moment the furnace turns on the air gets warm. We installed this new central unit in the hopes of reducing our electricity bills in the winter but so far it hasn’t improved much.

Purchased two 18K BTU split heat-pump AC units in March 2021. One unit stopped working in the summer of 2022. Customer Service assures a technician will contact us as soon as possible. We continue to wait in May 2023. We have called repeatedly and email sent too. Very disappointed and now seeking a refund for the unit.

Previously a satisfied customer, like many recently I had a negative experience trying to obtain service for a 10-month old central A/C unit.After leaving a negative review, the president contacted me directly and addressed the problem immediately. He's informed me that they have addressed the customer service issue that had been plaguing them lately, so expect positive changes.

I had done the insulation work with this company. Mr.Armel visited my house to get the business done. I had agreed to do the work based on the promises that he made. After that I had sent 40 (forty) written reminders to which he showed the deaf ears. Then I had taken the issue to the company through repeated emails for which there was no response. I was very much upset about it. Once the work is done their doors will be closed. I rate it Zero.

Be careful with this company, dishonest and they may not install what you buy properly, electrical bill went up after purchasing their product. I won't ever call them even if the warranty is still valid.

The salesman Kevin was very polite and very knowledgeable of the product. He took his time explaining everything to us and answering all of our questions. The installation was done within a couple of day. (Split-Type Room Air Conditioner).
