Great store. Huge selection. I bought my dog some treats recently that he wasn't enjoying, PetSmart fully refunded me, which I greatly appreciated. I will always come back here for all my pets needs.

It’s a great store … great employees but I’m giving it one star because The blond woman that works on cash that I think is 60… she always giving me attitude,nasty looks and assuming I’m deaf . TaLking about me to other customers …I would never come back here again when she’s working .. she gives me attitude.. watch how I’m going treat her now .I done nothing to her . And she’s giving me attitude treatment is that fair ?

The one PetSmart that fights the PetSmart stereotypes.Amazing employees in the live section, never a problem with fish here or any other live animal. Wish the live plants looked a little nicer but that's the nature of the beast in live aquatic plants.Edit. Still 10/10

I found this pet smart full of different collections and options.The staff is very nice even though I think they need more staff, because I went yesterday there was only one lady on the floor! And the rest are on cash! And we couldn’t get to the lady because of busy she is.Other than that they have all you need for your petPrices are not too high, comparing to other pet stores they actually have more options for a cheaper price. But maybe some of the stuff if you get it online you would find a cheaper price

Very bad experience. Appointments are cancelled without notifications. Front desk are waiting to come and just notified that appointment are canceled. Luck of service etiquette. Please be mindful of customer time. My appointment was @2:30 and was advised that the person is not available . Not a good service. I was inform that they don’t have time to call as they are very busy.

HORRIBLE LOCATION TO GO FOR GROOMING. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible, rude, and disrespectful staff, please do not go here if you want to get your dog groomed, the Oakville Place location is ten thousand times better. I took my mini poodle for a bath and haircut and when I picked him up I noticed he wasn't washed; his paws were dirty and smelled unwashed as did his body. When we asked Vanessa, the employee which groomed our dog, if she had actually washed him, she raised her voice and said I don't appreciate your tone right now why are you accusing me of lying" and when we tried to explain that his coat smelled bad and wasn't clean

This is our favourite Pet Smart location (2400 Dundas St. W., Oakville). Although they are understaffed, the staff works hard to help every customer that requires it. The staff here is always positive and upbeat with great knowledge of the products they sell.Prices are competitive, with a good product selection. Our experience has been with dog food and treats. Dog food selection ranges from budget to specialty foods. We also have a gecko. The selection of crickets (he doesn’t like mealworms although they’re always available) is good in all sizes and they are in excellent shape. For bird and fish enthusiasts the selection of food and animals is good. Outdoor bird food and accessories are also available at this store with a good selection and competitive prices.A huge shoutout to Deborah who provides the best customer service!

Rude and unprofessional. Took my yellow lab for grooming, i chose the deluxe package, yet my dog came back with her teeth not brushed. When i called to ask if they did, they were extremely rude and closed the line while i was still talking -very unprofessional. They obviously did not do it and were not expecting me to say anything about it.

Great location they almost always have everything i need. the only problem is that the app glitches a lot when ordering for pick up. other than that it’s great !!!
