I’ve been to this location many times, and nothing but the best for this family owned franchise!! Service is ALWAYS amazing from the staff here. Reading the reviews and the owners responses demonstrates to me (a loyal customer) just how respectful and caring this family is. Treating service workers in that manner is not okay, there is no means to yell and scream at people who are just doing their job!

The team of employees and owners at this location are wonderful and incredibly accommodating. I always order a brown sugar milk tea, and the service members working are always accommodating to change a few of the drink's non-adjustable options. extremely honourable individuals!

HiI drove to Bolton for business and I stopped by to get a drink from the store. I have tried bubble tea in Richmond Hill and the Markham area, and I can say the staff here are very kind, and the drinks are fantastic!!! I will come back for the Taro milk tea, when I'm driving around in the area again.

I absolutely love my experience here! The drinks were made to perfection and the service is what made it worthwhile. My children love it and we’ve definitely made memories trying different drinks each week! 100% would recommend.

We LOVE coming to Chatime Bolton.The drinks are so tasty and done exactly how you want. (Ex. less sweet, less ice, etc.)The service here is amazing. The staff took the time to explain the different drinks and options available.Also, the staff remembered our order the next time too!!Great tea, tasty drinks and friendly staff.Thanks Chatime Bolton!!!:):)

I went into this establishment today for my very first time ever. We ordered five drinks, in which one tasted really bad. I asked very politely and for them to exchange only the one drink, and was told I had to pay for it.The lady working there, then proceeded to tell me that I look like a girl that was in there a few nights ago, trying to do the same thing. When in fact that’s incorrect. This is my very first time ever going to this establishment. The owner then showed up telling me the same thing. Then proceeded to put his hands on my 15 year old daughter leaving marks on her body. I have never in my life had this happen to me. Never mind in Bolton . A place that people take pride in, I’m how they treat other humans . Definitely would never go back

This place is very inconsistent, but unfortunately it's the closest Chatime to us. I ask for less ice and they fill the cup half full. I ask for less sugar (30%) and they make it too sweet (at least 50%) or not sweet at all. The tapioca is also a hit or miss in terms of texture.

My sister and I have been coming here every Friday for ‘bubble tea Fridays’ as a way to end the work week. The staff and owners are kind and helpful when it comes to explaining the drinks, promotions or app.We were patiently waiting for this place to open as the next closest location was in Brampton. This Cha time always has the seasonal drinks in stock, which if you go to other locations they’re always sold out!We love coming here and think everyone should try bubble tea at least once!

This was my first time at this location.Atmosphere was very modern and trendy. Seating and décor were all new and clean. Staff were very friendly, informative of their offerings and the drinks all tasted delicious. Minimal wait time as drinks were served quickly.I appreciate that the owners brought a bubble tea option to the Bolton Area.Owners are simply amazing and have proudly brought this business to the community.Will definitely be returning!
