Mehdi came to clean our living room carpet and you wouldn't believe the difference! Astounding. He did a great job. The carpet was stained from before we even moved in several years ago, and after 2 kids and a dog living here for the past few years, it needed professional help and Royal was the best choice for the job! I am always very happy when I can get great service and support local businesses at the same time! Thank you!

I have Basset Hounds. My Daisy Mae had a bladder infection and piddled all over my braided wool rug. Poor girl! She couldn't help it. Then it spent a day outside and got rained on . Royal came to my house to pick up the rug. (Very nice service) It stunk to high hell! They just brought it back today, and it looks and smells just like the day I bought it! Definitely recommend these guys! It costs, of course, to have your items picked up and delivered. WELL WORTH IT. AMAZING!

I had a stain I needed to remove --wasn't exactly sure of what caused it- they did not do a spot check and made it worse than it was. I did not receive an apology and/or a discount. They even told me what to do to try and have the spot lighten up. Not impressed.
