Great selection of lighting, bathroom and kitchen fixtures. We have bought many chandeliers from Robinson and have never been happier. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, helping you find what works in your home.

I was new interior designer starting out when I visited the showroom. And was helped by Jun. He has practically, single handedly saved my entire whole project. Jun is not only super considerate, warm and personable but is extremely knowledgable about the products. He has patiently spend countless hours helping me figure out the circuits and voltage and installation etc.( this is for the cabinet unite, embedded LED Strips.) The process is really involved, and we had to work together with both the electrician, and the cabinet makers. Jun was super patient and was willing to communicate directly with all of the parties involved. It would be impossible for me execute my designs without his help. He is also super on top of responding to messages and has again and again delivered shipping miracles ( this is during the pandemic) and help me meet my deadlines. He has repeatedly went above and beyond to make sure his clients are taken care of ( he even delivered a light for me on his day off just so it can be available for the electrician to install). I highly recommend Robinson, not only do they have an incredible, wide range of products but more for their incredible customer service. Any vision you wish to accomplish for your home can be made real here. They make the whole process radically less daunting. In conclusion, Go there! Look for Jun! He will take care of you.

We really enjoy working with Jared, Jun and the rest of the team at Robinson Lighting and Bath Centre and highly recommend them! They have repeatedly provided and recommended the utmost best in quality product and design, whilst being focused on our interests regarding value for money. We don’t need to go to another supplier for lighting / plumbing fixtures as they have options that suit our different project budgets, styles and scales. Very disappointing experience. This might be a great store for interior designers to use as I assume they already know quite a lot about lighting and the look they are going for. However, for a customer with limited knowledge I found the store cluttered and the staff rude (with the exception of the person who tried to help us who was quite nice). They have very little in stock which means they need to order it in and it is then non returnable (with the exception of Canadian orders which have a 30 day return from date of purchase NOT date you receive item). They also seem to be commission based because we had a follow up question and we’re told we could wait for the salesperson originally helping us to “return from break”. My husband and I quickly left and went elsewhere to purchase lights. Would recommend this store only for generating ideas.

Over the years we bought at the Cambie street store several times.Close to 5 years ago a set of under the counter lights with transformer.2 lights recently broke.Went to the store to buy new ones. Dealt with Alex. She checked, found my purchase and ordered the 2 lights under warranty. What a pleasant surprise. Alex pave an eta of 4 weeks for delivery. The lights arrived much sooner and are already mounted.Alex was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Friendly, fast, knows what she is doing. Bravo!

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Robinson Lighting!Jun, my sales man, provided me with a superb service. He knows his product lines well, he is good at problem-solving, he's patient, he has an eye for design and most importantly he gives honest and impartial advice. From the get-go it felt like he was part of my team, someone I could rely on and fully trust. My project took many months. This positive experience was consistent from start to finish.My home remodel project included an a custom bookshelf for which I needed a lighting solution (LED strip light for the back side of the unit). I had a few ideas, but Jun helped me bring them to life by putting together a product solution plan. He also helped me pick out appropriate LED lights & pot lights for the kitchen, as well as a pendant light for the den and a ceiling mount light for the foyer. I also upgraded all electrical outlets and light switches to the Legrand brand.I also had several interactions with Jared and a few other Robinson staff which were all positive.Thanks again Jun and the Robinson team for great service!

Have been dealing with them for years with my interior design company MOVIKE DESIGN. Staff is very experienced and on top of things. The lighting and plumbing selections are versatile, and even though lighting emphasizes a more modern look, there are plenty of other options available.
