Dr Hagen was wonderful! We took our Pomeranian in for some dental work. She was very professional, knowledgeable and caring. The aftercare and follow up was great. Our pup is back to her old self! We highly recommend The whole Heritage Animal Hospital team!

Unpleasant experience at this Veterinary Clinic. The vet was ok but the two front end receptionists were just plain unfriendly. Unfortunately, that will prevent us from ever returning. The young girl who initially greeted us was great. The two older women seemed very unhappy in their jobs and is a direct reflection on the business. Too bad…moving on.

Our experience with Heritage Animal Hospital, Dr. Heather and staff was amazing. Everyone is caring and sensitive to the circumstances each person faces when bringing their pet to be diagnosed and treated. In our case we made the decision to have our nearly 17 year old dog put to sleep because of dementia setting in and the complications that were arising with that condition and no cure or treatment could make a difference. We so appreciate all the sensitivity and kindness that prevailed during that sad experience. I would not hesitate to use to use Heritage Animal Hospital in the future.

I took our new puppy in for her second shots. Dr. Hagen was gentle but very thorough and clearly knowledgeable. Her staff were pleasant to deal with and clearly liked working with animals. So glad she opened her practice.

Great staff. Unfortunately they experienced a major fire and are closed as of November 2022.

Dr. Was fine, however we had made an appointment and when we got there they couldn't find it and we had to bring our traumatised cat back again at a different time.
