Seriously the BEST customer service and highest quality work in the Okanagan. I brought a special piece in that was my mothers and Renato explained everything to me in detail, showed all options and executed the most flawless design! The communication was beyond amazing! He called and gave me updates! When I came to pick the ring up it was so shiny and sparkly! I couldn’t be happier! If I could give 100 stars I would! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended!

I went it with a chain that I’ve been wearing since 2017, that pendant had wore through where it had been sitting on the clasp for so many years.Renato repaired the pendant, made a new clasp for the pendant, and cleaned the chain and pendant before returning it to me. Looked as new as the day I got it all those years ago5 stars, 10/10 would recommend!!

Renato had great customer service, took care of my necklace that was broken and he fixed it and cleaned it in 5 minutes! 100% recommend this place for any jewelry fixing needs!

Renato did a fantastic job at fixing my necklace that kept breaking. He patiently explained to me why it kept happening. After, Renato did his little magic and expertise to strengthen my chain without compromising the length and the pieces of my necklace. Highly recommend :)

I recently took a ring into Renato to fix". I had bent the halo and was told by several shops it may not be fixable. Renato not only took the time to show me what had happened and what he would have to do by hand slowly

I have used the Jewellery Clinic Kelowna for the repair of my wedding ring and another ring that I have. The service was fantastic. My rings look brand new. I was so happy I took in my mothers wedding rings and a ring my late father bought her. She had not had her ring checked or cleaned professionally in the 42 years she has worn it. She was moved to tears by the service provided. I would highly recommend taking any of your repairs here.

I highly recommend Jewellery Clinic Kelowna. I had a stone in my wedding ring replaced and a pair of diamond earrings placed in a new setting. Both look fantastic!
