I pulled my groin and decided to see a massage therapist. I booked an appointment the same day with Nick and it was great. I found out I was stretching the wrong way before my runs as I’m training for a marathon and learned a lot about the different stretches that would help me for pre and post runs. I went into the RMT with a lot of pain and left with a lot less. Highly recommend.

So glad I found this place and Katy. I always look forward to my chiropractor visits and feel refreshed for the next few weeks. Unlike other places I have gone where they spend 5 minutes to adjust your back, Katy spends a lot of time ensuring she covers all areas using different techniques at each visit.

I've been to Lifemark multiple times over the past 2 years and have had a consistently great experience. I saw Dipti for lower back pain and Haslin for pelvic floor physio after delivery. Both were very helpful, knowledgeable, and skilled. Front desk staff are also courteous and professional. Highly recommend Lifemark Ajax.

I have been coming here off and on for the past 14 years. Between my terrible back and my most recent shoulder surgery the staff at Lifemark have been incredible.Recovery from my surgery in February has taken me longer than I thought but both Dipti and Amber have encouraged and helped me so much; I know that without their support and expertise I wouldn’t be in the healing space I am now. I would highly recommend Lifemark if you’re looking for a physiotherapist- from reception to the students they’re mentoring here everyone is friendly and fantastic.

Helpful staff, knowledgeable and friendly. They make you work hard but it's worth the trouble. There's a wide variety of services available and they make every effort to make your schedule convenient if you need to see multiple therapists in one day.Definitely a great set of skilled and talented people.
